- There was a sink missing - Desing not very well though out (shower stream directed to toilet paper etc.) - Extremely small room which makes it unsuitable for longer stays. For 1-3 nights it's acceptable if you only go there for sleep - Very small beds (not ideal for two persons)

- New and clean room, which is not that common in Mumbai - Good communication with staff - Location in walking distance to train station

Staff was extremely helpful, even late night/ early morning. New hotel, very clean. Very good bed and AC, fast Wifi. Located near Andheri metro and local stations with market for clothes, food and everything. Drive to international airport 20mins, local train to Marine Drive 30mins.

Building still under construction (January 2023),not easy to find, signage to be improved. Ask for a room on the courtyard if you are sensitive to noise.

Perfect location close to the airport when you have a flight early morning. New hotel, small rooms but perfectly equipped and clean. Very comfortable bed and bed linen prefectly clean. Young and caring staff. Excellent value, rare in Mumbai.

The staff didn't allot us the room that we had booked even after 2 hours since the actual checkin time. They fought with us and asked us to go to another hotel. Left with no option, we had to take a much smaller room till 6 in the evening, and after that our luggage was shifted in another average room. Poor staff behaviour, arrogant, not fit for the hospitality sector.

I paid the entire 3 day stay amount with my card while checking out but they never gave me the bill. Now this person who took the payment is giving excuses. It has been 3 months. These hotel guys will cheat you and probably steal your goods while you are away. Advise female travellers and young couples to stay away from this hotel.

The hotel is pathetic. Location and staff are very shady. The staff entered my room when I was away. The toilet seat was wet when I returned. Thankfully I did not have any valuables. no window in the room or window which is on the very busy street so very laud. i stayed in no window room. rooms are small but enough for single travel or couple. as in a most hotels in India very laud, you can hear TV from other rooms, people stayed in a hall. staff on the reception watched TV whole night. There was no rule that 10 pm -6 am should be silent. there was 1 night that some guests came back hotel about 3-4 am. they were laud, dancing, singing etc. no reaction from staff. also entry and area around the building is terrible even for India. much better is inside hotel.

it is clean, rooms are new, after renovation. Staff is nice.
