How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Cleanliness in rooms worst we have to call 2-3 time to clean room. No refrigerator working. After going out of the room they switch off the AC and later we need to call and ask them to start

Tea not get earlier in morning . Washroom Glass door need curtain , due to it being transparent , there is a lot of hesitation when being with a family .

Service was very slow end the rooms needed to be cleaned with more attention. Also the washroom too could be cleaned more. Like there was spot on the sheets. Washroom corners had dirt. Etc. Even though In though the bigger room, it was quite small.

Not a big deal if you're only staying one night, but the room was a bit small.
There are many restaurants nearby and it is very close to the train station.

Common issue with hotels in 3rd countries -> if you order something right on hotel (taxi, services, food) is 2x expensive that you can get on street.
Very good hotel for india realities, at least photos match reality and its real comfortable. Its noisy, but everywhere in india in big cities is noice very common. Must say service exceed my expectation, you will be not disappointed to stay there.

I booked executive class room however i got room for single person and there was no chair,no window ,no almirahs no table and nothing at all

Very welcoming and warm staff during check in, breakfast and check out. Room was beautiful and very clean. I was only there for one night following a flight so didn’t get to see much of the other facilities but I would definitely recommend it to other travellers. This hotel has been amazing and I have enjoyed my stay very much. Mr. Anirudh and Mohd. Armaan been a great help and have made our experience wonderful. The views in the hotel are very nice and the location is good as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know in Delhi.

It was 46 degree temperature and there AC was not working in the room . I told couple of times to their Manger , but he avoided it .. I Paid 3000 Rs for one night and when I asked for a bottle of water , they rejected. We sounded whole night in that heat and checked out at 5 am, because of room temperature. It was one of worst experience of my life .
Only room was clean. That is what I like
