Wintergreen rooms are in a hostel like block in the corner. Corridors of that block are dirty. No lift to go up. Completely not done. Staff need to be trained. Not aware of what's available or not. At one point there were no lemons available at all for anything!!

Beachside section was beautiful. Property has lot of greenery.

The staff could be a little better trained but the lack of training is made up by the fact that they are well meaning and hospitable.

The properties location is excellent as is the size of the property. The rooms are spacious and the beachside areas excellent.

The room lacked some things, as fridge was not operational, bed side lamp was not operational, door safety latch was broken.. Food quality needs to improve a lot & the service as well

1. Gymnasium is closed and permanently I think. There is no equipment in the place designated as Gym. It's more like an abandoned spa room. 2. The water slides they show in pictures is actually a separate chargeable activity which wasn't listed while booking and looks unnecessary. Also because it's not maintained or manned properly. Had to request them to start it. Considering my kids had finalised this property just for that 1 thing, this was a bit of a let down. 3. Food Taste is good but The Menu is nothing great and needs Diversification. It's a routine Indian restaurant menu. Also they don't have Buffet Dinner or lunch even on weekends. 4. There are no Indoor Games room which is expected in a property like this. Overall I had a good experience but management has scope for improvement and this feedback is with constructive intent only.

Good Location and Property overall. Large open spaces nice to walk around. Very nice beach access. Rooms are good enough and clean. View of Sea from balcony is pretty. We missed out on staying in villa and had chosen a routine room. Location is also nearby important places to see but need to have own vehicle to move around. No other private transport options nearby.

Beautiful location facing the beach. Enjoyed the serene quiet beach. the resort had beautiful landscaped grounds with a restaurant gazebo facing the ocean that was wonderful!! Well placed loungers are everywhere to enjoy gazing at the sunset or just read and relax hearing the sound of the waves. overall a fabulous resort and great location!!

Arrived at 1am at the property and even a request for a Thumbs Up was turned down. House keeping could be better.

The staff is not very friendly. The cost of most of the food items is equivalent to Holiday inn in Goa, Which I found to be very very expensive.

Location of the Beach facing villas is right on beach.. Maybe 100m.. But the other rooms in the property is on the other side of the road which is farrr off from the beach.. In fact, beach is not visible from one part of the property, but other part of the property is on the beach, The property stretches on both sides of the road. The Beach facing villa room was big and clean.

The maintenance inside the rooms is not upto the mark. We lived in a beach villa (there are only two). Though it has a lovely location, it is a bit small and overpriced. We were not entirely satisfied with staff helpfulness.

Starting from Reception/frontdesk. The welcome was very cold and welcome drinks were served it seems as an afterthought. Cold towels provided on welcome smelt of Naptha balls, at least mine did. Bellboy took his time in coming. Rooms(villas), although spacious, are quite old and are in need of urgent repairs. Light fixtures broken. Creaky, jammed, stuck, or missing wardrobe doors. Even the Bedsheets (hopefully washed) were stained. Bathroom mats were dirty. The commodes were heavily stained. The Sanitray kit provided is good. Hot Beverages kit in the room are very basic and dont even have artificial sweetners or natural brown sugar. Room provisions include only 2 liters of water and was amused when the room service informed that anything extra is charged. Coming to breakfast, the offering is predominantly Indian and good. But the table spread other than indian is quite limited, if your into croissants and other bread offerings, there is nothing. Very basic baked stuff, not even buns, cupcakes were very general. The live counter serves only plain omelette and dosas, and when i requested a cheese omelette again, i was informed that it's chargeable. The restaurant is understaffed and not courteous. I suppose to illicit a smile from them, maybe you need to tip them. Does in no way justify the Five star resort tag. After paying 12K per room felt letdown. If it was not for the immensely beautiful location and ambience, it would have been a washout. The management needs to improve the rooms and quality of services bigtime. Amongst all my liesure trips i have availed this is the least value for money. The offering may be considered good under 7k tax and breakfast inclusive otherwise its a losing proposition.

The location and beach front. Exceptional location and nicely done up lawns. The landscaping is very good and in general the ambience is very good. The staff other than the ones in restaurant and front desk were responsive and good.

I had issues with the winter green room area. Firstly it is at the far end of the property in a corner. It takes good 10 min to walk to the reception or restaurant which is below average by the way. They do offer to take you to your room by golf carts, but then you have to wait. The winter green rooms are in this separate 2 storey building with no lift, no view and are really just like any 2 star hotel rooms. Main Restaurant serves average food but for such a large and beautiful property the restaurant feels just pathetic, the way it is kept it just unacceptable.

The property is large, beautiful and very peaceful. I loved the beachfront part which they have very beautifully developed.
