Rules Regarding clothes in the pool, not every one will be comfortable and confident in small swimming trunks. Pool timings, morning we went out to visit the town and by the time we came back the pool was about to close.

Food was great. Personal lawn and parking with the villa. Great Pool.

Food options are limited, but still satisfactory with good delivery

Location is awesome for those who want to live in nature with all facilities. Easy access, swimming pool are the additional things. Staff is very cooperative and helpful and arranges what you want for your kitchen.

The power backup was erratic. Most of the appliances dont work when the power is cut. The staff is reluctant in switching on the power backup.

The location is really good. It is a quiet place with a peaceful vibe to it.

The food at the property is average. They should aim to get good pahadi chefs as well to serve local specialties. Try to stock some healthier food options during breakfast and get better dairy food products - milk, wheat bread options for sandwich, fruits during all seasons, and fresh juices. The food can be a bit too oily and salty at times.

The location of the property is amazing. The place is very close to Landsdowne and most major temples. Good place to rewind and relax.

The utensil's cleanliness needs to be improved before handing over property to customers . In such a property small improvement can be done like keeping mats in front of washrooms,carpeting in rooms which will help customers a lot in winter season Shoe rack with shoe shiners can be placed in property..

The location was awesome but it was far away from the city centre. Hospitality was good as far as facilities avl. In such a remote area.

The Property is well constructed and is a big plus for accommodating bigger groups and families. The staff was very courteous , special thanks to Mr Mukesh, Avinash and Mr Arun for the wonderful barbeque and assistance throughout our stay. Would surely visit again.

Heaters should be made available in every room and should not be charged for seperately considering the weather and cost of the room being quite high. Additionally, breakfast should definitely be made complimentary as well. The geysers in the bathroom of both our rooms stopped working also after one day.

Liked the size of the room, and overall property. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were smelling of seepage. When we asked to change the room they kept us on waiting for 2 hours and denied the room. Room had no AC and the upper room was hot. Staff was not cooperative and owner/manager sitting in Delhi was not bothered. Pictures are deceptive.

The property is extremely understaffed. The owners must take serious steps to keep more staff so that the needs of the guests can be better and promptly addressed.

The concept of independent villas is nice.

The manager asked for the payment first for booking confirmation and so we never went there

Be careful with their billing . At the time of booking they show GST extra and at the time of billing they will say there is no GST . But full amount with gst amount to be paid with no bill . Food bills are not shown and inflated at the time of billing .

Breakfast options were very limited and payable. Property is under construction. To much sound of construction. Every time had to call yo stop noise. Swimming pool is small but way to pool is very risky. Everything seems to be under construction. Stinking smell from toilets. Avoidable.

Food quality was great. Service was also good. Villa size is huge. Car parking is safe. Staff is decent.

Minimum services. Even a milk powder or coffee packet or sugar packet given in spite of mentioning tea n coffee services. Food tastes okay but service n quantity is less. Also delayed. Location is quite far from lansdowne and have to travel quite away and drive downhill. Towel was unclean. Since we carried our own so didn’t matter. Garden and terrace not maintained. Not that it matters but photos are a bit misleading. Top floor of villa is quite warm and ac didn’t work properly.
