I paid for breakfast, but the hotel staff told the breakfast was not included. They kept telling they will be able to get us train tickets reserved, however no updates provided and ultimately they were not able to book.

Bathroom was not up to standard. Shower didn’t have hot water couldn’t close properly. Had a bucket and jug in the bathroom not sure what for.

It is very close to mahabodi temple. Walking distance We could order food anytime and they will prepare and give in 15-20 minutes

Only one thing It was 11:40am and I was about to check out of the hotel room ( checkout is at 12pm) and was packing clothes in my room and washing face in bathroom . The personnel directly entered my room without ringing Bell . They entered bathroom and as soon as they saw me washing my face , they apologized and left the room . Please ring the bell before entering customer room . And please don't enter bathroom without knocking twice and checking if someone is inside 🙏 . If you see bags/clothes in the room , it means someone is there so please make sure you don't barge in. I was a solo traveller (male ) so the impact is minimal . BUT if it would have been someone else, it would have been bad situation .

1. The food is good . 2. Close proximity to all temples and monasteries . 3. Courteous receptionist personnel . 4. The environment is good. 5. Transport to the airport is available upon request ( I paid 1200 rupees for a solo taxi ride to the airport in CASH ) , and it takes around 20 mins to the airport . 6. For food and stay, we can pay through CARD Overall, it was a good experience 👍

They tries cheated us . Gave room no.311 which was not having facilities up to booked rate price. TV was not working . Charging plug was faulty . Bathroom was stinking and interior was depressing . I have to fight with them to change room even my wife was upset why I was complaining and in tension. After that they shifted me in better room which I booked seeing the pics of room at booking.com site . The reception people trying to cheat. Total Rate on sight was 5400 I booked seeing that whereas they charged 6080 aprox . Very upset with all this . Not good. Even I affraid of doing online booking of hotel rooms.

The booking instructions related to use of the hotel are not clear/confusing. I was not allowed to check-in just as on my arrival in India. This hotel should NOT be offered as an option to your customers. I had to go and stay in another hotel at the airport, just like on arrival.

1. No correct bill provided 2. Included someone elses breakfast bill in mine that to ex dated. 3. No hot water 4. A.c use to work after calling the house keeping which they use to start using an external source outside the room. 5. Restuarant had everything listed in non veg menu but nothing available other than chicken . 6. To have a single room service 2 to 3 calls for the order to be correctly heard.
