I could not fault anything, the room was a good size, clean and beautifully presented. The staff were fantastic, helpful with their suggestions for trips and places to visit. The location was great, out the way, so nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to main areas, and beaches.

Rosy the host is exceptional, I've travelled India for over 10 years and never in all this time met someone so generous helpful kind informative and so willing to ensure you have a great time while staying there. Nothing it was perfect, we were sad to leave!

We had a fantastic stay at Jackson’s beach house!! The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit on. Lovely shower with hot water, amazing air conditioning and a fridge that was a huge bonus for us as most places we have stayed don’t have a fridge and it made a huge difference having cold drinks in the heat! The location is perfect literally a 2 minute walk into the main town with some really nice restaurants and a 5 (if that) minute walk to the beach where there are lots of coconut shack bars and restaurants it’s fab! The best part for us was the amazing host Rosie… Before we had even arrived she had messaged us and made us feel so welcome! She made us feel so safe and comfortable, she gave us lots of bottled water for our stay so we didn’t need to worry about keeping hydrated! She organised us to go on a coach trip to south Goa which was really great fun. On our last day when we checked out we had a few hours before our taxi to the airport so she let us use her washroom and made sure we had somewhere to relax. We are two young travellers and it was really nice having someone who was so caring and looked after us. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay this is it!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, if we ever return to Goa in the future we will definitely come back here ☺️

The owner. She was so unbelievably kind and helpful, she really made our stay. The room was spotless and cool, the wifi was good and within walking distance to the beach. Lovely place with even lovelier staff.

The rooms are very very clean and nice. Bed is comfy :) The staff are also sooo nice and helped us with organising stuff. Good location, away from the Main Street and noise but closer to the beach.

Rosy is exceptionally helpful , going above and beyond to cater for anything required. Working hard to maintain the guesthouse and continually checking that all is fine. Just a few minutes walk to the beach , the backdrop is nice and quiet and just a couple minutes from the main road , restaurants , bars etc .

One of the best stays I had in India! Rosie is a very sweet and helpful person, and takes care of everything. She provided me with recommendations for everything I needed. Not on a main road, so it's a pretty quiet area. The terrace is amazing if you want to just grab your book and read, I fell asleep twice there 😅 The room is super clean. Good warm shower with decent pressure. And 5 min away on foot from restaurants and the beach. Perfect!.

We had a fantastic stay at Jackson beach house, the service from Rosie and her team was perfect and there wasn’t anything we asked her for or needed that couldn’t be done! We were helped with laundry, transport and any additional bedding/towels etc everything was provided. The room was very clean and the AC was great.

Great location just 3 minutes walk from Main Street, restaurants, taxis, bars. Most of all the welcoming you get from the staff. I have to thank Rosie for her generosity during my stay. She done everything for me and went over and above to make my stay pleasant. Always active through WhatsApp with quick replies of anything is needed. WiFi is great Will come and stay again for sure.
