Not VFM in my opinion. A bit expensive

Private access to the beach. Not too far from Anjuna and Vagator cafés for a breakfast or sundowner. 20 to 30 mins drive with a beach access. Morjim beach is one of the best beaches in goa There is also jacuzzi overlooking beach which unfortunately wasn’t very clean

Nothing, the place is just lovely. A little bit pricey but really nice. It would have been really perfect if there was no music at all. The sound of the ocean is just perfect, why add to it??

Lovely cottages in a small property, right on the beach. Very manicured. We loved the location and it was a wonderful option for our first night in India. It was our first time back after a few years. I loved the fact that the music stops at 11 am. You could hear the sound of the sea from your bed at night!

Beautiful well maintained property right infront of the beach. Only few rooms and hence its wonderfully maintained. Attention to lot of details in property around cleanliness and customer needs. Few steps walk to the beautiful morjim beach Staff always ready to help. I had a small issue with my rented car and property maintenance guy helped to fix it without the need to call a car mechanic. Breakfast was good with enough options and in the evenings the property is well lite with good music till night fall giving a good relaxing vibe.

I am normally too lazy to write a review, but this place really deserves one. The location is excellent, right at the beach. The staff is really hospitable in a very genuine way. Swati did a great job at coordinating bookings and taking care of the check in and check out process along with coordinating our requirements for cabs etc, ajit kumar makes excellent cocktails at the bar. Lots of other staff whose names I don't know, including those who took orders for food and the housekeeping staff were all really helpful.

Nothing much on this front.

This is a very niche property right on the beach. They have limited villas with each villa having a patio facing the beach. The breakfast was limited but adequate and could be enjoyed in the dining area just in front of the villas. We were there for 4 nights and we enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

We booked this last minute but were pleasantly surprised! It’s a peaceful place to stay but are close to all the fun. The staff are are attentive and service is amazing. Our cabin was right on the beach with fantastic views and sunsets. Didn’t want to leave! Well done to management for perfecting balance of 5 star service with warm smiles. We look forward to returning.

The lock of the bay window was not properly working. More drinkable water should be complimentary. Washroom supplies are scarce, impossible to keep the floor clean because of the sand. The food offered was not bad, but not great either. Power cuts in the middle of the night, the AC bipping every 1/2 minutes...had to cut it off.

Each bungalow has a view to the sea, smell of the room is pine tree, access to a clean jacuzzi, fresh towels and beach beds available. Safe, confortable, easy access and quiet.

Great Bungalows settled in a nice Garden, friendly Staff, good Food and only a Minute Walk to step in the Ocean! Swati from the Reception has been super caring and always helpful and friendly :) Like everyone has been in here! Thanks for some great Days! Nothing more to ask for a relaxed Holiday :)
