Exquisite view including all famous tourist spots of udaipur. The staff is very professional and good. The food is great and at a very reasonable price. Must visit. 10/10.

1. Towels are worn out and needs to be replaced. 2. Chinese food preparation is more like home made chinese . This needs to be customised

The property is slightly out side the old city, and that is a big plus point. It takes 10 mins and 400 Rs by auto. But it's worth. Every room is with a lake view. Entire lake Pichola can be seen along with City palace, Jag Mandir and Taj. They have a beautiful rooftop cafe with a lakeview and soothing ambience. The food is highly recommended. It's was an experience to have a lovely breakfast and candle light dinner at the night. Recommended to opt for stay including breakfast. Indian food in really tasty, loved their Chicken Handi, dal tadka, chicken Afgani, and butter phulkas. We enjoyed every moment we stayed there. Staff is very polite and will make your stay comfortable.

The best I can get at this price. Each and every bit about this property is worth capturing. The location is a little away from the main city, which gives you a perfect hilltop view with lake Pichola. The host and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable about Udaipur. The food was delicious, be it breakfast or dinner. The rooms, the balconies, corridor, and the terrace were spotless and uncluttered. The views from the rooms were jaw dropping. The place is highly recommended.

Nothing very happy here.

A wonderful quiet location across the bay from the main town. Such a lovely homestay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were fabulous with super bay views. Very reasonable restaurant. We cannot fault it they have organised tuk tuk's and taxis for us and nothing is too much trouble. We have had a very rekaxing happy staff . Thank you Burj Baneria we would recommend you to everyone.

One thing I would suggest is to have room clean service everyday instead changing towels only every 3 days.

The options for alcoholic drinks in the restaurant were quite limited. A reasonable wine list is essential for international visitors.

Burj Baneria is a boutique homestay. The place is quite well located - away from the hustle of old city, but reachable in 10 minutes. Entire property is quite neat and clean. The rooms are quite spacious, and the staff is friendly and eager to make your stay comfortable. The view of this property is amazing. You get a sunrise view from your bed!

Amazing boutique home stay, wonderful staff, food was great and the view was amazing. The little touches around the place were beautiful and the owner was lovely to talk to. Breakfast spread was like homemade and yummy.

Absolutely amazing place. A small drive away from the bustle of Udapur and you have a most wonderful view on the city and total calm. Hosts are superb; food and view from the rooftop beats any top place in Udaipur. I loved it!

Burj Baneria is very stylish, with beautiful decor and also very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are incredible views across the lake to the old city, and although a little out of town, we found this perfect as it is peaceful and quiet at night. We experienced the warmest hospitality from the wonderful hosts, and also delicious food. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for two nights as one wasn’t enough!

Beautiful property, fantastic staff, very attentive. We’ve always had the best service. The family hosting us was very present, helped us with tour advise, booking taxis. They were so nice and accommodating that they helped us organize a little surprise for my mom’s birthday!

Comes close to perfect with minor nitty gritty I would like to call out. As the homestay is quite far from the city, it should be highlighted while booking and you will need to make travel arrangements. Inside the property if there was recreation centre it would have been good. Overall nothing to complain.

The homestay is exquisite and very well kept. The rooms have an amazing view of the lake and City Palace which is cherry on the cake. The staff and hosts are very courteous and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is amazing in the evening to kick back and relax. Overall it was a amazing experience !!!

Breakfast was good, just the extra charges for cold coffee and lime water could have been complimentary especially when we booked multiple rooms.

Shivika and her family are great hosts. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable (we had to leave early on the last day and they accepted to serve us an early breakfast). It's actually a guest house located out of the city, but they can arrange transportation for a cheap price. The house is beautiful and everything was great. We booked suites with a lake view and it was stunning.

Absolutely nothing. Loved every minute of my stay at the place.

Loved the staff - so humble, polite, the owner couple - if you reading this you people are awesome for real. All of them were are so warm and respectful. All needs were met. I even ordered something for my husband's birthday online and they were really nice not only to receive it for me but the manager Jaywardhan Singh, guided the delivery person for me and took all the load off my shoulder. Extremely nice people, for the first time I was so sad to leave a place and I miss staying there so much. The property was well maintained, extremely clean and had breathtaking view. Also, the food was so so delicious and they served literally EVERYTHING hot on a plate. So much peace and calm the place had at all times. For sure, the best 4 days of the year, nothing Compares. A huge thanks from me and my husband to the Burj Baneria team for hosting us. We will never forget the way we felt in your humble and warm presence.
