We paid the full amount online through Booking.com. We reached hotel around 23:15. Staffs in the counter instead of providing room started asking extra 255 rupees. When we enquired about this pending amount, one reception staff misbehaved with a threat not to provide the room. I objected it strongly but bow down to their demand of 255 rupees. It was really a bad experience. Still I do not have any clue who cheated us - Booking. com or the hotel. I contacted Booking.com but the official of booking.com hanged my phone for 15 minutes and was disconnected. I a ccompanied a University of Delhi professor for a Darshan of Lord Jagannath. I do not stay in Odisha but speak Odia language fluently as my schooling was from Puri. Thus, we avoided the unforseen situation and bow down to heotel demand. But it is too wrong on the part of booking.com to misled tourist. Pathetic experience.

1. There is no wifi facility. 2. Toilet flashing is not working properly. 3. The price is much higher in comparison with the other. 4. Facilities provided by the property is not satisfactory.

Staff behaviour is very poor & disgusting room service, tap of the bathroom of our room is broken, no one is bother at all. They have talked like threating to us that leave the room at the time of check out. They will charge again & again after paying for water bottle also. Overall not at all good service, it's really disgusting. We just stay there for good location.

Yeah, this question is my point of interest 1. Rooms were not clean and bedsheets were dirty 2. Bathroom was so small and have stains on walls and was very smelly. 3. Staff was not co operative and didn't knew anything. The one old man at the reception was very rude and didn't knew anything about the hotel and when we ask him about anything, he gets paused for few minutes and then answers as if some processing is going on at the backend. 4. Food was also not good at the restaurant. They give you a huge menu and when we order they say they just have 4-5 items only and also from that 4-5 items when we ordered one, after 5-10 minutes, the waiter said that it is finished. The food which we eat was not at all tasty and also not looked hygienic. 5. At the time of paying to them, the old man at the reception said that he will give the bill. They took the payment with GST and during check out when asked him to give bill, he said that Booking.com will provide. I literally had heated argument with the person about the bill but they don't have the bill to me even after taking money with GST. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this place. Even I am recommending booking.com to remove this pathetic hotel from their website

Behaviour of the hotel reception staff is not customer friendly at all. In place of extra bedding, they have provided very thin matress and further to deal with this we have asked for 1 more extra mattress for better comfort, they straightforwardly said we cannot provide you. Also as per booking.com, breakfast was included in this property, however, hoteliers deny for breakfast. The issue was being raised to the customer support. Instead of any support from booking.com customer care, they told to contact oyo. It was very bad experience over all from booking.com as well as this Oyo hotel.
