MexicoThe meal services are slow. For dinner we waited more than one hour. When the staff realized we left our table, they rushed to our room, knocked the door harshly, and blaming other guests for the delay. No one assumed responsibility nor apologized.
The place is beautiful and it takes you back in time. A place to relax and read.

IndiaIt'sa very pretty property and wvery well kept. The staff is also very polite and helpful. However, I expected a few more things - like basic toiletries in the bathroom. There were none. The TV in our room was placed in an odd corner. One couldn't watchthe TV while being in bed. The buffetbreakfast is very disappointing. It's an ok-ok plce. I will rate it 5 out 10.

United StatesCasa anjuna was not as expected. The pictures looked beautiful, but the room was significantly smaller and more dirty than shown in the pictures. We saw some reviews that said this, but assumed that those were just edge cases. But the room was stuffy, the shower was not hot (even after leaving the heater on for an hour), the bed was uncomfortable, and the room had random, suspicious stains everywhere (please see photos for example). We ended up leaving early from our stay but were unable to get a refund for the second night. This was a very expensive stay, especially given the room quality. Would definitely not recommend.
The pool and food were great! and the location was close to the anjuna beach.

Australia- the rooms needed to be cleaned there was so much dust and cigarette buds in the balcony of our rooms . The hotel needs to invest in a vaccum cleaner to assist in thorough cleaning services . - breakfast was included but had only a limited options to choose from . If the hotel is catering for International guest , they need to broaden their menu options for breakfast and other meals . However the food cooked was tasty but quiet limited . - unfortunately the price of the accomodation did not match the services and the expectation. comparing the price paid to the services and the room it was an utter disappointment. Pics look at when booking but over priced . location is good , bit tucked away however close to all local shops and 10 mins walking distance to the beach room service - TV wasn’t working , phone wasn’t working . Poor room service , unable to get anyone at the reception desk . if I needed anything we had to walk down around the property to find someone to ask for room service .

CanadaWhen we first arrived the room underwhelmed us but we soon realized that this is not a five star name brand hotel and before long we didn't want it to be. It's perfect as is. We have no moved on to a newer, higher end resort and wish we hadn't left Casa Anjuna.
The general vibe is old world charm. The gardens are immaculate and gorgeous. The pool was excellent. The staff were friendly and service was prompt.

United KingdomThe pool was beautiful but we would have liked some sun loungers around the pool so we could spend time there relaxing and reading. Everything else was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.
Really good location, on the doorstep of a variety of good restaurants and close to the beach. Breakfast by the pool was good, a western or local option available, and lovely place to have breakfast. The room was extremely large and spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Good air con kept us cool in humid tropical weather. Nice veranda to spend our evenings on. A fridge in the room if you want to keep anything cool. Welcoming staff who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We liked the traditional style of the hotel.
