Everything was perfect ! Just too much chlorine in the pool

The place is wonderful, it's a quiet luxurious place. Sofia and Hardip, the owners of the place take so much care of the customers. And we had the best breakfast in India. The rooms are so clean and spacious, beds are comfortables. Hardip was so helpful to recommend places to eat, to visit and to organise taxis or whatever we needed.

Not a thing I'd change!

A freshly made, beautiful breakfast, with great coffee options, juices, poi (the local Goan bread) and all things wholesome, was the perfect way to start your day! This clubbed with the incredible warmth of the people who run the place, makes it the perfect stay in North Goa. Hardip, and his wicked sense of humour was just the icing on the cake!! (He promises a YouTube channel and we CAN'T WAIT!) Beautiful and graceful Sophia, made us feel completely at home too! The best part is that you know they are taking care of their people well, given everyone seems to feel a sense of belonging, everyone treats the place just as their own. Thanks to Poorna, and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us! We'll be back. (You know the tone I used, to say that!) ;)

Got bitten quite a lot while lying on shady side of pool; chairs were a bit hard but my accident made sitting uncomfortable and difficult!

Friendly, helpful hosts; lovely clean accommodation with fridge in peaceful garden setting belying proximity to Candolim's main road on one side, and beach/beach shacks a 5-10min walk on other; swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, and compact gym area; and excellent breakfast choice using fresh ingredients with choice of juices. I'd had an accident and CDP gave me a chance to recover!

The top-floor suite was something to behold, massive with an amazing view. Sofia and Hardip were great hosts and became more like friends towards the end of our stay. The staff was respectful and ready to serve. The kitchen staff conjured up some amazing food with fresh juice served up daily! Calm, noise-free surrounded by nature with a pool to boot, couldn't ask for more. Hard to believe that it is barely 100m away from the city street, looking forward to our next visit!

Hardip and Sofia were amazing hosts. The breakfast and the service were top-notch. The rooms were beautifully decorated with an added personal touch. We were recommended the best places to visit nearby. The site and the pool were regularly cleaned and were always in good condition. The location was quite close to the beach. I would recommend this place for a relaxed vacation.

The property is a gem! Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and night life locations, but very serene at the same time. They have a taxi driver that they cooperate with, who was available for driving me around during my trip, he‘s very responsible and I felt safe. Awesome breakfast. Wonderful and most welcoming hosts. I loved it so much that I extended my trip spontaneously and were in luck that they had another night available. Will definitely come back!

Casa Da Praia is by far the best place me & my wife have ever had the pleasure of staying in and we are so thankful that Hardip and Sofia have created this slice of heaven on earth. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by everyone and couldn’t believe we had found this hidden oasis in Candolim. Our room was out of this world, with everything you would need. The pool and surrounding gardens are immaculate. The breakfast was simply amazing with lots of wonderful flavours & choice, It’s a place you don’t want to leave and we can’t wait to get back to our very special place. This is a great place to stay, ideally located, hidden away in a quiet area of Candolim yet only 200 yards from the beach and centre. We were made extremely welcome by Handip, Sofia and staff who go the extra mile to ensure everything is ok. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and finished tastefully and to a high standard. The pool and outside areas are also wonderfully landscaped, very clean and provide areas of shade if you want to escape the sun. The breakfast is superb (particularly the fruit salad) with plenty of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights and hope to return again. I strongly recommend Casa Da Praia.

Myself my mum and my son stayed at the Casa Da Praia for a week in Nov. We checked in with Hardip at 2am. Communication from booking months ago, through to check out was excellent. Hardip and Sofia are lovely and we’re around at all times to offer advice on where to go, eat out etc. but you don’t really need to go far, the resort is a hidden oasis of beauty and calm in amongst Candolim, a busy village in North Goa. It’s a few minutes from the beach and less to the many restaurants. Hardip recommended Tereza Terrace, which was worth the taxi ride. The photos don’t do it justice, the rooms are of a high standard for the area, cleaned daily with AC, fans and drinkable water available. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool area which due to the trees has sheltered areas from the hot sun. The breakfasts are first class, they really do bed and breakfast very very well. Try the green jam on toast, we couldn’t get enough. My son loved the pancakes! A huge thank you for making our first week in India comfortable, a slice of luxury in Candolim.
