We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe hotel is very much protocol oriented and reception is not guest centric. They dont quite have a welcoming tone for the guests, however they are decent and extremely professional.For example, we were asked to pay the entire room charges right upfront at check in, whereas generally in standard hotels, entire room bill is always charged at check out. Then they had asked for paying the food bill in the middle of our stay! And to begin with, we were charged extra since we had to check in an hour before the checkin time.Even after having vacant rooms at that time,they were not considerate of us having done a long train journey from distant state having no where to go with so many luggages. They were hell bent on charging us extra and they did. What pissed me off even more after this is for the deluxe room we got. We had come to Muzaffarpur to attend a wedding and my room did not have a dressing mirror! However my other female friend who checked into another deluxe room had a dressing mirror. Reception staff was not even ready to be accountable for this lack of facility and then told us that we will supply a face mirror for your inconvenience/ pay extra to stay in suite/ or there is a small room with mirror in case u want to shift there! Hence, the lesson to learn here is even if you pay the same, your room can lack a facility that the same other deluxe room might be having the comfort of. I was very furious at this inequality of the facilities of the same room categories. Why would i stay in a suite paying extra? Or stay in a smaller suffocating room having paid for deluxe?Plus there is no elevator. We had to climb up and down for around 20mins searching for a room with mirror having been so dead hungry and exhausted, still not having a room to stay in with all facility. Ultimately, I had to compromise my stay in the mirrorless deluxe room we were initially assigned to.
The room service staff was very sweet, humble and always kept a smiling face(forgot her name). She attended us very nicely and in time. Overall room service was good. Rooms were decent and comfy.

IndiaThe location is too crowded with no parking space. The hotel is allowing guest rooms at hourly basis to couples, making the preserved customers to wait. The pricing in accordance with the facilities being provided is inadequate

IndiaWorst experience on arrival to Hotel, there was no parking place. Receptionist said that He could not provide accommodation, in spite of confirmed reservation. When he was threatened by me of taking legal action against management of Hotel he alloted room. There was no kitchen facilities Booking. Com is requested not to recommend this hotel to any one
