How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Would be nice to have a small fridge in room.
Lovely large rooms fresh painted. Great air conditioning and fan. Modern bathroom with open rain shower. Breakfast available on top open floor at reasonable price. Good housekeeping service Great location between town and beach.

I enjoyed the quietness of this location and closeness to the beach. All away from the mayhem of the main town area half a mile away. Saleem and his staff very helpful and welcoming. Handy for local shops and dining. First floor balcony room definitely worth booking. I had room 4

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The property was in a busy area with lots to do and super close to the beach but still remained peaceful.

The location and the property are awesome. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. The food was great and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, especially Mr. Salim, the manager who was so helpful. Also, the cook and server who we met at breakfast was a great person. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chill stay near Calangute beach.

What a little hidden gem !! We knew when we booked that we were going cheaper than some resorts in Goa and hoped we were not let down . We were not . This place is so well run by Salim and his team . It is so clean and from the moment we arrived from England we were made to feel comfortable and safe . The breakfast in the rooftop is perfect and the location to the beach is ideal . Salim gave us tips on where to go and booked us taxis when needed . If we come back to Goa again this is definitely the place I will be staying . Thank you Salim and Co , you have been great 👍

We Think the staff were all very nice and friendly. Sameer was such a great help during our booking ahead and a great inspiration recomending good restaurants in Calangute. Rajan made us very good and tasty indian breakfast, every morning with small surprices. Salim and Rajan cooked us a fantastic farewell indian meal with great taste from Kerala in southend India. We felt secure and safe as there were always somebody at the enterance desk at night time. Thanks to Aghil and Rajan.

Nothing. Our room didn't have a very good view but they had informed us when we booked. For us it was no problem.
Salim and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Salim gave us information about buses and bought tickets for us for the bus to airport Mopa/Noth Goa. The hotel is super clean, new and everything is working. The area in Calangute is good for the beach and many restaurants. Also is the street not very busy with traffic.

In simple words just book this hotel for a stress free stay. Mr. Sameer, Mr. Salim and Mr. Rajan were helpful during our stay. The breakfast served was good. Rooms were clean and as seen in the pictures. Location was as described. Overall I am happy and would definitely like to book again if we plan for a stay in calangute/baga area.

All staff were very helpful. The bed was excellent and in particular the sheets and bed cover was way better than I have experienced in other indian hotels. The ac and wifi were also excellent.

Car parking too conjusted No elevator Restaurant not available always. As per order they makes food. Receptionist always not available

There should be good and safe car parking 🙄. There could be more cupboard space in the rooms. There could be door hangers behind the bathroom doors

The warmth of the entire staffs. Mr Selim the manager is very helpful, polite and guided us properly. Breakfast was excellent. Over all a calm, cozy stay. Liked it.
