The location is awesome...beach touch.. Felt like not returning back from this amazing hotel. The housekeeping staff 'Maruti" outstanding hardworking person..he should be appreciated for his work and efforts. FnB staff Mr.Sanjiv ..made sure that we are comfortable ...during the breakfast and evening buffet The list goes on n on...all amazing staff Much appreciated....

The phonecall from front desk to my room at 11pm on the night before check out asking me to attend the reception to pay part of my bill. That spoilt all the positive experiences of the previous days at this otherwise excellent hotel and this negative event is what sticks in my memory of this holiday.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff were excellent and looked after us well. The food quality and selection was great. Housekeeping was good.

Washroom Floor had a Black Stain; Shower Space too restraining; Work Chair too Heavy, should be light. Balcony Chairs not Taj Level!

Every Meal, barring 2 items, was Delicious. Chef Biswas made Dishes exactly as I wanted! Even packed Yum Sabudane Ki Khichdi for Lunch at home! Lamb Steak was not well done; Dahi Bada not good.

1. Regular Wi-Fi is slow (might be due to room location) 2. No remote control from TV (only tuner control is available) - if you want to mirror smartphone screen need to request remote control and use USB cable for connection 3. Sometimes after request to clean room later that was not cleaned (done next day) 4. Several times in breakfast after special request forgotten to get the food (later done) As suggestion: when asking for something from personell, please spell everything clear (English might be a bit different by different countries) and repeat to avoid misunderstandings :)

Nothing much. Would have preferred more non vegeterian options in the optional buffet dinner.

Booked two rooms at the Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage for a short family vacation. Amazing location, right on the waterfront. Beautiful view of the sea. Staff was amazing. The famous Taj hospitality was on full display everywhere. The kids had an amazing time at the swimming pool, the outdoor play area and the kids play area at Clube Saudes. A special mention of Nikita in Guest Relations. She organized a beautiful surprise for my birthday. Will cherish the memories. Also after I accidently left some personal items in the room during check out, Nikita was of great help in assisting me to retreive them. Thank you.

Managing welcome of guest was quite mismanaged, we have to ask and follow up for our own welcome. Then off course they took care of everything. This was a really really small thing, this kind of things stays in your mind. No complaints at all

First thing what i really like is staff's warm smile and willing to make your stay as good as they could. Kids play area and staff dealing with kids was something i really liked. Other things were location and proximity to beach and pool. Well managed property, amazing food, amazing vibe.

You should give personalised services to your guest who visit your property regularly. Every time I come I am a new face to you. Your database should immediately recognise me as guest who is a regular visitor to your property and accordingly give me personalised service. I have to ask for my preferences every time. Sorry to say this but there is no reward for my loyalty.

Washroom are secluded and have to walk a distance from lobby to reach.. Waiters are not prompt in service. If you ask for chilled glass of water can take upto 1 hr from the time of order. If sign board are set up it will be a great help and more than welcome

Food is par excellence. Rooms are beautiful ❤️ specially sea facing. Grand property.... Though little secluded... Highly impressed with the courtesy of staff always available to help

Taxi fare are very high and not in proportion with distance and time. 15 minutes to Panjim = 1090. 25 minutes to Old Goa = 1900 rupees. That is like a scam. Please do something about. Sunbeds swimming pool are a little poor.

I love Taj very much We got an upgrade to a room with sea view and high tra included. No disturbing music at pool and in garden Nice live music at breakfast and in evening in the bar with the good old songs. MonaLisa from garden bbq restaurant arranged a special home cook meal for us. We love it. We also got a ‘See You soon’ treatment at our breakfast on our last day. We have got some great lobster at the bbq restaurant. Good coffee and alu pratha at breakfast. Very good service of all the staff. Quick checkin by Fiona.

I loved how warm the staff was. Special shout out to Riya Mirajkar and her team for giving us such a warm welcome on our honeymoon and being just a call away for any help needed. She added a cherry on top to our our stay making it very memorable and comfortable.
