Room as well bathroom are not well maintained and clean. Location of hotel is in very crowded place i.e. opp.varanasi cantt station..hence so crowded and polluted environment nearby

Not suggestable to stay in deluxe room as small in size, no ventilation, moisture on walls etc. Executive rooms are ok. I booked deluxe room but after reaching hotel found difficult to stay for the reasons given above. Room was changed to executive room on request with additional cost of Rs 1000.00. However, due to technical reasons same was not charged later on. House keeping service is very bad and need number of reminders.

Very mush approachable from cantt railway station. reception staff is good. Good Breakfast which was complimentary. Executive rooms are ok.

Room access cards get deactivated everyday and had to ask reception guys to activate it everyday. Bath towels and Complimentary mineral water are not given by default and had to ask reception for almost everyday and it comes after 1 hour and multiple visits to reception . Most of the reception guys are often very serious looking and not friendly or smiling and perhaps need more training on etiquettes and communication skills. There was no hair dryer and coffee/tea powder were not provided near the kettle to make Coffee/Tea. Faucet in the Toilet gushes water with so much force like a water pump such that one cannot use it. Bathroom accessories are perhaps older than 10 years.

Breakfast was good buffet with multiple options. Hotel location is close to railway station and the room was spacious. Travel desk guys were voluntarily asking if we need any assistance.

I was looking for the ventilated room and privacy but the room was fully packed/very dim light / window glass was connected with store room. not feel safe. If you book the room from application ( Booking.com ...etc), you will not get respect in reception because the price was differ. while booking through hotel the price was appx. 4200/per day or booking through applications prices was approx. 3000+/ per day including breakfast. They're also trying to avoid me to share the bill.

Breakfast was good but if you get the deal with free breakfast then staff will not listening to you. that's my observation.

Horns of buses and trains awaken you very early. Had to change a room as the AC just didn't work even after calling for maintenance twice. Wanted to rest but time got over. Eventually changed the room which had central AC.

The hotel room was not ready when we arrived. They took some time to prepare the room, which was absolutely fine. However, the room cleanliness and stuf like bedsheets and blankets were not clean - smelly and unhygienic. There were flies in the room. Even though we mentioned to the room service and the manager abou it, it was not addressed. So, we had no choice of using the smelly room and badly used bedsheets and blankets. Very unhygienic! We had clearly mentioned about other room to be closed to each other, as I had my mum to be with me, but they didn't manage to do this. No sorry and no apologies. They simply ignore some requests! The worst part was they charged Rs. 1000 for the very old and dirty bedsheets just because my child draw a line on it with a sketch pen. As mentioned above, the bedsheets was very dirty and needed cleaning. Once cleaning was done the bedsheets will be back to their normal condition. But they charged for as a new bedsheet price. Very inconsiderate staff at the management level/front desk. Never going to them again even though the location is in front of the station.

Bathrooms are dirty and rooms smell pesticide. No privacy and too noisy. Balcony of my room connected to the store wherein hotel staff sleep. Sorry to say this these kind of properties spoil booking.com reputation.
