We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRestaurant. The restaurant staff. Extremely bad. We ordered dinner and it took an hour for it arrive at the table. I requested the senior staff to look into the issue as my kids (1yrs old) were getting impatient.The staff has the audacity to tell me to eat the food at buffet if my kids are impatient. When the food finally arrived everything was cold from the soup to till the biriyani. We were so turned off after this episode. Breakfast buffet too wasnt good.
The rooms were very good and well maintained. Pool,slides and outdoor games were good. Kids room was stinking and suffocating.

IndiaNot great for solo traveller's since it's meant mainly for gatherings and family events and also perhaps for airline staff as airport is nearby, suggestion for solo traveller's have lot of patience, Sunday evening service is kind of bad, generally made couple of requests which they could have accommodated but didn't, price of food too costly compared to taste and quantity
