We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Indiaas it is in rural area. there is need of car. they don’t provide car services for the business trip people who are coming outside of country. also, Ola Uber is having very less service. if someone is planning to visit city for entire day then should book car in advance.

United StatesI did not get the deluxe room with 2 beds that I chose. Breakfast buffet was a chaos. There were no plates, spoons, cups. Had to ask for everything. Considering the resort is in a little secluded area, restaurants should be open 24/7.

They were not at all organised and we felt there is shortage of staff. If this is the case then Management shouldn’t have taken the booking at all. Extremely disappointing stay I would say.
