India13 reviews2 helpful votes“Business trip”Bathroom is impractical. Hotel management is a miser when it comes to providing packaged drinking water. Charging rate equivalent to Hyatt but miserly approach. Very poor Wi-Fi in certain parts of the room. Many plugs were not working (loose connection).
Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was comfortable and AC top notch.

Quality of hot beverages (tea, coffee) not good at all. Also, as a premium property, one would expect a standard 2 PM - 12 noon check in / check out, which wasnt there and that was a big let down.

India1 review“While the location was good, the rooms inside were very old and poorly maintained.”The front office first tried telling me they did not receive the confirmation from booking.com. I showed them the email confirmation, after which they were rude, telling me to find alternate accommodation. Their response disappointed me after paying for the accommodation in advance. I told them I would complain to Booking.com. Following the threat, they asked me to wait and eventually let me have the room. The room and pillows were old and moldy. The walls and furnishings were stained. It had stained carpets.
The location was good. The restaurant had decent food.

Asked for fruits during breakfast . No reply. Even staff tried to avoid looking at me to save self from reply . Old shabby . Smile is of dampness. Iron given is not working properly, Auto cut off not working. Stick to shirt as some material already sticked to its base

India11 reviews3 helpful votes“Decent stay, awful checkin & checkout”REALLY bad reception staff. I asked for an early checkin (which is subject to availability). Even though the room was available, the receptionist made me wait in the lobby (despite my request which was made 24 hours before my arrival) for 45 minutes, to get the room ready. She was on the phone with another customer, rolling her eyes because of something they said. Similarly, I asked for all invoices to be made ready at night since I was going to check out early morning. I've not yet received those invoices (it's been four days), so you can imagine the underpreparedness of the reception staff.
Good breakfast, great staff at the restaurant, nice comfortable room; Special mention to the restaurant staff - they were attentive and catered to every guest's needs. The housekeeping was also decent, as was the room itself. The location - it's near the airport, so it's convenient.
