Coco Cabana is truly a gem! The location is just perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the beach.

Overall I think there is some lot of potential for improvement. In the room and the bathroom there were no hooks to hang stuff. The bed was too soft and the pillows too thick. I was given - upon request - a thinner pillow, but it was still too full for my neck. My room was located right on top of the kitchen, so there were all sorts of fumes and smells getting in. I did not like the food at all, so out of three days I ended up eating breakfast outside. My suggestions for the hotel: - change mattresses - Place different pillow types in the room for the guests to choose - fit the rooms with some hooks to hang things - offer better coffee

I had a fantastic summer vacation, staying here for 2 nights. The stay was excellent, with Prem from the restaurant delivering amazing service. My 2-year-old daughter particularly enjoyed her interaction with him. Overall, it was a memorable stay.

Location is great!! Cottages are nice and spacious . Staff very friendly and they were kind enough in keeping my bag and showed me were to shower even after I already did check out. Was able to still use the sunbed and the facilities while making time as my flight left at night. Thanks!

The property is based on Palolem beach and with the upper level rooms you have a fantastic view on the sea. The beds are so comfy and the pressure of the shower very accurate compared to other beach huts. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is shopping just in front of the resort. Also the food was fantastic we decided to dine in at the restaurant and had chicken tikka masala with garlic butter naan which was very delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely come again the next time we are in Goa.

I would expect the rooms to be bit more spacious. When we travel with kids, adequate space is required to move around inside.

Decent breakfast... One suggestion could be change menu options each day... Location was excellent as it's in close proximity to the beach.

The property was right off the beach. I could literally wake up and run to the beach. The staff were also very helpful. It was my friend’s birthday and I informed them so they had surprised us with a cake. It was very sweet of them. The room was also very clean.

These lovely cabin style accommodation are on Palolem beach. The cabins are comfortable and air conditioned. The staff in the restaurant and at reception are very friendly and helpful. The men in the restaurant were lovely and chatty every day. The breakfast was lovely- there were Indian and western choices.

For family with two kids, the room was a bit small (though they did everything they could to help us feel comfortable)

Coco Cabana was the perfect location in Palolem for a beach holiday. The side sea view room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere and service at the beachside restaurant and bar was first class.

Nestled along the sun-kissed shores of Palolem, our stay at the side sea view room was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the fabulous staff. Perched on the edge of the beach, it was fabulous to dip in the sea at will or watch the gorgeous sunset in the evenings. The room itself was elegantly furnished and comfortable. The private balcony was the ideal spot to unwind. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast and rest of the food was lovely too. Will definitely want to keep coming back.

When we wanted to pay at restaurant by card they wanted to charge additional 3% which was not mentioned in the menu card along with rates. Breakfast was mentioned as exclusive breakfast whereas we could select any one from 4 standard menus and not much choice. Example only two slices of bread were served and a two egg omelet. Even tea and coffee was limited to one cup. This is not exclusive breakfast but a limited option breakfast. In the room selection it’s mentioned side sea view which can be misleading as there is no view from the room. These above mentioned point should rectified and mentioned clearly which will not create a sense of dissatisfaction for the customer.

Room was good and neat. Food was good and reasonable cost. Sitting area and view from restaurant to sea was nice.
