We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaNoisy place,Can not provide towels , only one given was dirty and very old. Cigarette smell was coming through AC vents. Bathroom health faucet was leaking.May be because of no ventilation property was smelly.

IndiaThe property has attached Pub, so there was EXTREMELY LOUD music being played till 12 am. Even despite several requests the staff refused to lower the sound and were rude to us. Staff was very impolite and untrained.
Neat and clean rooms and toilets. Rooms were spacious as well. Location was good (20 mins away from Airport) Food was also fine. Regular checkup calls for any requirements.

IndiaI booked a room in fab Middleton but upon arrival was informed that all rooms are full and i will have to shift to fab ekamra which is away from here.This is totally irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of this group. I will never recommend this fab group of hotels to anyone in future.

IndiaHotel need to advice staff to not disturb guest in night asking money for water bottle. They keep on chasing to pay money even after 10 pm. Rather they should bill these small amount while checkout. Further the hotel will ask to pay in advance full amount before check in which is highly not liked by customer

Had to purchase room freshener to get rid of the smell. 25%advance was taken a week in advance under threat of cancellation, even though free cancellation was given in booking.com website..
