How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Place was not at all clean, deneid checkin since it was booked wity less amount, after checking with customer care, paid extra then got refund the customer care. wifi not working, no hot water in odd times. No lift. AC was making lot much sound due to which we off the AC. PAID FOR AC BUT NOT USED AT ALL. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE DAY IF THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE THEN GO FOR THIS.

In this Hotel You will not get anything TV not working , AC Not working , Light is going repeatedly they dont have generator to switch the ON Light Fans. I had done 2 Days but still they are not able to start the TV and AC.

Yesterday the price was showing 1000 something But once we reached here..on reception the hotel staff Increased their price..and when i raise my concern about price.then he replied go and call where you booked hotel this is not our lookout this is website issue of booking.com.After all they did not provide even towel i never saw this kind of worst behaviour of staff or.. i will give 2 out of 10 rating

Totally froud there I am booked my room in booking .Com. Rs 1150 and I am going there Hotel staff ask more money I am very frsted there they take 1600 Rs. Totally froad hotel and booking.com Don't booking your hotel booking.com very poor service No water there and Room colour very bad all room lekge and in room very bad smle in room I tell staff please spray air freshener in Room they tell me No air freshener in hotel. And when I am going there totally 1.30 hours delay my booking waiting me 1.30 hours and after 1.30 hours get room Very bad service and don't go there with girl They waiting girl on resfation and all star see continues girl. Hotel manager are already frustrated, he didn't give me a room and also said the price is high if you want a room then you have to pay extra money , The hotel is located near the trucks terminal I'm not recommending this property to family people, please avoid to visit this property

The reception staff was so rudely behave with me. He doesn't know how to talk with costomer. I request to owner plzz take action on them. I'm so disappointed. I'll never suggest anyone to boon this hotel. I was seen the condom inside the bathroom. Worst experience in my life in this hotel.plzz don't book this hotel.

The person who is there on reception is very aggressive & he don’t even know how to talk with the guest his behaviour was very rude. And also while doing checkin he was telling us you need to pay extra money apart form the booking amount was charged to us & he also stated then only we he will allow us to stay there otherwise go to other hotel. I will never ever recommend this property to anyone of you to stay there & I also request booking.com to take a strict action on them. Disgusting service & hospitality.
