Extremely Bad Experience. After booking online at Booking.com the Receptionist on reaching Hotel First Asked for how much you booked at online , I told the price i.e. 800/- but he completely refused to take stay on that price He said it will take 1500/-. I also asked why didn't you informed me this after online booking as travelled from long distance and also I called to the hotel no. but they didn't received the call to inform this. Also the behaviour of Receptionist was very rough and I would never visit the hotel ever and won't recommend anyone.

I had booked a room in O Hotel Park City through booking.com, paid amount in advance in order to confirm my stay and requested the property to customise my arrival time to 8 o’clock in the morning. The request was approved too, however when I reached the hotel, a rude, unmannered man claiming himself to be a receptionist asked me to show up at 12 at noon, since I had to catch my flight at 11:30 AM, I paid him triple the amount and got a small sized room furnished with dust and dead insects, there was no bath towel available in the room too. These people need to learn how to behave and practice professionalism a bit, hygiene must be taken seriously at this property!

Advertised and sold the room as AC room but AC was not installed in the room. Manager refused to checkin at the booked rates and after an escalation to the owner was allowed to checkin after 1Hr. No soap or towel was provided, no cleaning was done in subsequent day despite instructing the staff at reception. Was asked to pay for the parking despite parking at the public road. Bill was also not given.

I had booked the hotel room with full confirmation amount paid, from booking.com at 999₹. However when I reached the hotel, the receptionist Chandan said that the minimum tariff was 1400₹ and I will have to pay 400₹ more in order to get the room. When I resisted, he said that “I don’t know about booking.com, go and talk to its customer care if you have problem with payment but you won’t get the room at this 999₹.” I kept resisting and when I asked that give me the full receipt then he said that you will be given the receipt only of the money you pay in the hotel (₹400). The 999₹ with which you have booked the hotel has nothing to do with us. Thus, due to late night and new city I paid extra 400₹ for a filthy room they gave me.

Highly mismanaged hotel though it was newly onboarded but still far from reality and pictures on portal. No lift , no TV, no intercom, no food menu and no kitchen Not sure if it's enabled now or not but while I was there there was no lift
