How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Location is prime and the facilities, comfort are superb. The staff Dilip, Gudiya and Ram bhin who we dealth with are excellent and addressed all our requests promotly.

The wifi speed on the second day of my day had slowed down quite a lot. Kindly just get it checked.
The service was excellent and Mr Dilip and Ms Gudiya were very helpful and sweet with the way they presented their customer service. I would like to appreciate the Cleaners as well who had kept the room neat and tidy as well as provided the amenities on time. Very good experience.

The new system of shower gel and shampoo is not very intuitive. There is no way to identify which is what. The quality of the gel and shampoo is not impressive too. There is scope for improvement here.

Good location, comfortable and cozy ambience, staffs are very polite hospitable and welcoming starting from the front desk, Dilip Surajit and the lady receptionist to the house keeping stuff Budhurai, he not only cleans but also cares. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Highly recommend Olive by Embassy Group electronic City for solo travelers as well as families.

Everything was good. I find nothing wrong to comment on. Keep up the 5-star standards.
My stay at this hotel was a true 5-star experience. The room was elegant, the service was exceptional, and the hotel's location was perfect. It was a fantastic choice, and I would recommend it to anyone. Mohit and his staff are doing an amazing job, and I can't thank the staff at this olive branch enough for making my stay so enjoyable. :)

Nothing much to not like here.
I met Rahul, Mohit,Ram ,shiv at the property and they were super helpful. Place is bang in the middle of electronic city. Can order anything on zom or zwig and can eat in the room. Room was pretty huge for single occupancy. Best part, the team are super helpful. Anything needed, just ask, they have a solution. Place is right above KFC and is easy to give directions. I provided my comments on improvement to Mohit when I was there and he was very receptive. They are bringing in in-house dining and play area shortly. Note: they don’t have free OTT, best is use YouTube or bring your own device and connect.

Gym was not fully functional which they are planning to start shortly. They are in the process of making the gym functional. Outside of that everything was great.
Great location and warm welcome by staff. Front desk team (Rahul, Mohit, Dilip & Surajit)was very kind and quick to response for any request. Was very happy with the room size and cleanliness of the property and room. Lots of good restaurant near by.
