Had a used Loofah when I checked in. It could be a one off case so that’s fine.

The hotel was really comfortable. The staff was very nice. The restaurant Koji was really good and the staff of that restaurant especially Kedar was super helpful and courteous.

I’ve asked for a late check out and they didn’t provide as they say that the property was fully booked which was not true cuz I was checking booking regarding availability before asking . Guy from reception not that friendly and welcoming

In a hotel of this class, the difference in facilities is no longer significant. There is a natural limit somewhere beyond which further upgrades no longer make sense. This is where the motivation and dedication of the staff comes into the picture and this is where Conrad has done an exceptional job! Thanks to everyone who contributed to a wonderful stay!

Best to take Ubers from the hotel as hotel cars can be expensive if being used regularly.

I had an incredible experience at Conrad Hotel Pune! Five stars across the board for outstanding service from Mannat, Rudra, and Aishwariya. The pizza-making session for my daughter was a delightful touch. The wide range of buffet options was impressive, and the temperature control pool was a rare and enjoyable find. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Incredible hotel! Definitely one of the best I've been to anywhere, I would highly recommend it. Having stayed the following night at the Radisson Blu in Pune, the Conrad was 50% more expensive and WELL worth the extra money. The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very well appointed, including an actual bath, the staff are amazing, the hotel is breathtaking and the food was exceptional. There was a huge array of options for breakfast, although the western food was mainly catering towards Americans with a sweet tooth rather than Europeans, I guess they know their customers.

The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

The property is clean and located at a short distance from the airport. The staff was extremely accommodating to many requests and courteous. From Ravaan at the front desk to Kunal who dropped us off at the airport, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m in Pune.

The AC in the room was set at 20 and remained unbearably cold. The engineer came on both days to set it right but was unable to do it. Eventually we had to settle for a heat convector. Please look into this.

High ceilinged, spacious and tastefully done up property. Breakfast spread was very lavish and service was prompt. Welcome by Aksh and Shravini was very warm.

The only thing I found that was not up to par was the telephone services. They were very slow to pick up. Since all your other services go through this one point, you need to rethink this move.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The spa was exceptional and the young lady Martha who worked on me was superb.
