Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarHousekeeping could be better, found a lot of hair (from previous guests) and other dirt and dust in the room. Property is old, but understandably needs more maintenance and upkeep. The owner of the property must reinvest in key areas to make this property attractive.
Room was spacious, services were timely and efficient. The staff was well-trained and attended all our requests in a polite and timely manner. The location of the hotel was right in the center of the shopping area and the critical points of interest were within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended for the location and options around the hotel.
