Cozy Homestay very close (walking distance) from Taj Mahal Room was large and clean and comfortable. Staff is super kind, available and helpful. We had a super abundant and good breakfast and decided to stay for dinner: one of the best cooked meal in the entire stay in India! Cooked with love, several tasty dishes alla vegetarian and homemade. Also bread, which was delicious

Nothing could have been better. One tip about the Taj Mahal: don't go just before dawn (6am end of March) as it is extremely crowded with group travellers and the queue is around one hour long. It'd be better to wake up half an hour earlier and go at 5.30 am and wait a quarter of an hour for the gate to open. After 8am could also be a good choice but you'll loose the magical impact of sunrise.

I immediately felt very welcome at Coral country homestay. The staff were the most friendly and caring people, helping us with Uber drivers, with buying tickets for the Taj Mahal, finding ATM's. We spent three nights in a spotlessly clean and big room on the first floor with a queen size bed with good mattress. The room was well decorated and well lit. Breakfast was very generous and diverse: fresh fruit, Indian delicacies, parathas, curd, toast and eggs as ordered. During our stay, we ate every evening at Coral Country Homestay and with each meal we had three different kind of curry dish that changed everyday and were constantly good. This guesthouse is extremely convenient for a visit to the Taj Mahal. It is roughly a 20 minutes walk to go there. The neighbourhood is nothing fancy but we liked it and the homestay is an island of peace, cleanliness and rest after spending a day in Agra.

The hosts truly make you feel like one of the family with their fantastic hospitality. They are super helpful in providing recommendations and arranging cabs. The Homestay is really nice and the food is fantastic, also at a great price. I would recommend to anyone visiting Agra to stay there and is handily walking distance to the east gate entrance.

I could write a novella about all the things I loved about Coral Homestay! We were in India for 2 weeks and it was the best value for money, culinary, meet jolly people, fabulous service experience of our whole trip. Our room was huge and super comfortable, great shower and bathroom. But the real joy of Coral Stay is the fab food and garden, meeting some fellow travelers, being able to walk to the Taj and the wonderful jolly family of Mr. Sagarpatholia! He sorted our train tickets out at the last minute for Agra, he bought us Oats, he calmly solves every difficulty. His gorgeous 4 year old daughter is a joy to see go off to school and his wife is an elegant master chef and director. The other members of the staff are similarly marvelous and taking care of you. I can't wait to return one day!

The room was lovely , beds very comfortable. Loved all the bright decoration in the property. The manager were so helpful and friendly, it felt very homely . The dinners were excellent, especially the pumpkin curry!! I would really recommend anyone to stay there.

Very nice homestay, with spacious and clean rooms. Had very nice food there with lots of options. The staff were very nice and helpful, they even helped us book tickets for Taj Mahal and provided good advice for what to and not to bring to Taj Mahal. Was quite close to it, was around a 20 min walk away or <5 min drive so ideal location. Would recommend for anyone visiting to stay here.

This place was spotless, room very comfortable and breakfast very good. The owners were excellent - we had to change our plans to get to Delhi earlier and they made us a snackpack for the train which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in 5 star hotels on our trip but this matches those in terms of attention to detail and care about visitors.

Great, clean, spacious property. Well connected- easy to get Ola/uber. Taj Mahal is only a short walk away. Felt safe throughout our stay. Staff were very welcoming and sweet. They went out of their way to make us a little goody bag before we left. Highly recommend this stay if you are visiting Agra.

I rarely say this but this is a pearl. Big, clean room. Clean bathroom, hot water, heater, AC. And a breakfast with the owner. Much mere than we could actually eat (both Indian and European options). What is nice also that it was perfectly quiet between 11pm and 6am. Neighbourhood is a proper authentic Indian experience. Walking distance to Taj Mahal. Or ricksha. I was not paid to do this review. Owners photos represent the actual state of the room for today.

-The room floor is very cold (it was winter time), some rugs would be nice for when walking without shoes. -Bathroom floor can be too slippery when wet, which can be dangerous. -A bit on the pricey side.

Comfortable accommodation in a good location to visit Taj Mahal, which is a short walk away. The property is tastefully decorated, and the staff running the homestay very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is great, we had dinner too which was delicious. A great option for those wanting to have a convenient and comfortable place to stay near the Taj.

Our stay in Coral was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, and the colors were amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a 10-15 minute walk from the Taj. The staff was very friendly, and they tried to accommodate all our needs. We definitely are coming back to Coral.

It was very cold during our stay (New Year), and the rooms were still chilly, despite heaters being provided. Other than that I have nothing negative to say. I would have given 9.5 if I could.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the food was excellent (the best my family had during our time in India). The owners were helpful and kind, going above and beyond - when we had a very early departure Vandna went out before 4am to buy us snacks and drinks as we were heading off for a long drive and missing breakfast. He also communicated with our driver about timings, which was helpful as the driver had minimal English. It was easy to walk to the Taj Mahal east gate from the Homestay, and we were not harassed by traders as we went before 7am. Wi-Fi worked perfectly during the three days of our stay. The bright colours of the rooms were what drew me to this Homestay, as well as the good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I just wish the weather had been warmer during our stay so that I could have spent more time out on the balcony watching the antics of the chipmunks.
