Property was under renovation, AC was not efficient.....took very long to cool. TV was present but Tata sky was not charged (even basic pack).

Pool was good, rooms spacious, veg food was average - avoid pizza, non-veg food was good. A bit expensive though.

Construction at the resort. Cost is little high Overall Andamans is a good place to go but its little costly with not much infra....so not sure if its really a value for money.

Wi-Fi and AC was not up to the mark. No alcohol served, they had a licensing issue.

The restaurant service is a bit slow which I feel can be improved

We had a wonderful experience staying at Coral Reef. We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The staffs were very helpful and well behaved. Specially the cab driver Ram Kumar assisted us a lot and we had wonderful time travelling around. . I would strongly recommend this resort.

Tv never worked which was fine for us as we read alot but in the evening it would have been nice to watch in the evening especially since we were there for a 6 night stay

The party music, which was continuously played around the pool arena between 11am and 10.30pm, was very loud and disturbing (especially in the evening) and no possibility to turn it down - might be better for rooms outside the main pool area.

There were few insects (which is natural, and there is no complaint) but maybe they can add some insect repellent creams in the rooms as some people may have allergic reactions.

Having it’s own beachfront is really a plus point and the facilities being offered were plenty.

The service is not great. And the restaurant is TERRIBLE. Service: Many times the service had to be told to do things twice (bring more water, clean the room), and there was also trash sitting outside of the room of our door for three days (the cleaning service leaves it there and expects it to be picked up by the restaurant service, which is not coordinated by anyone. They also put cigarette buds in the plates which is not very sanitary). Restaurant: Most of all, however, the restaurant is very lacking. I would strongly recommend to not book the breakfast. Every day the food was cold at the breakfast: sausages, grilled tomatoes, mixed veg, beans, idli; they only have instant coffee, which is quite clearly cheaply bought and has a terrible taste (however they also have filer coffee on the menu so it is not clear why they cant do that at breakfast); the eggs are consistently overcooked. They do not try very hard at breakfast. We also had dinner there, which was considerably better, but still bland, specifically the malai kari that comes in a ‘mustard’ sauce without any taste of mustard. It is a bit concerning for a restaurant to have more taste in a honey chilly potatoes than the main course. Overall, the restaurant seems like it does not try too hard and expects guests unwilling to leave the resort to pay for their overpriced food and drink. Overall a great stay that I would recommend to others. The hotel itself is good. Hotel: Close to a nice beach. You cannot usually swim in the beach, but that is not their fault, most places on the east of the island in that part of the reef seem like that. The pool is also fantastic, and the gym is a good ambience as well as the spa. The bar staff at the pool are also super nice and great at their jobs, compared to the rest of the staff.

I know it's not in the hotel's hands - but the private beach has low tide and high rate phases every 12 hours. During low tides, the water goes so far back that only the muddy sea bed is visible. Pretty ugly to see. Ofcourse, during high tides, it's quite scenic

Exorbitant pricing for a 3 star property with mediocre facilities. Beach is useless, price doesn’t justify the value.

Very helpful staff . They truly go out if their way to make you feel comfortable. Good breakfast spread though the live counter wasn’t very good. Food was overall quite tasty. Ideal for families, spacious rooms, great pool..

The private beach attached to the hotel is useless. Full of corals - justifying the name of the hotel, but unsuitable for getting in!

There was often music played in the pool area in the evening, it never finished late, but maybe was not necessary every evening…but otherwise we highly recommend this place.

room was comfortable and clean. staff were very kind and the breakfast was very good. it has a little private beach which is very pleasant. the pool was nice and the restaurant was very good too. we stayed in other parts of the island, this area was our favourite.

the reception staff tried to meddle with a booking for kayaking that we had done after comparing prices with a reference the staff gave us. food was good but there was a lot of waiting

Private beach is very nice but not possible to swim as depth is very low. Worst point is before arriving: support is very low or null for taxi, confirmation of fund reception,...Many wasted time in messaging the propertie without any effect: help yourself !
