Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It is very sad that Booking.com does not verify the listed properties. Soon, I will be opening an Anandvilas by Oberois in Paharganj, Delhi and sell it at much higher prices. Its a cheating

IndiaBreakfast served was completely cold. The frontdesk staff named Yogita is completely non-sense, didn't serve breakfast for 45min, waited for additional 30min for tea, food was asked without onion - garlic still poha was served with onion and still she says you enjoyed the services. No hot water in bathroom only one towel handed over and still she was arguing you enjoyed the services. This is known as enjoying services? We stayed only for a night and still this was the experience.
The name of the property is not Country Inn, it's Turtle Hotel. The ambience is not as in the photos. The swimming pool and other facilities mentioned are of Sports Complex. This is completely fraud Hotel and as mentioned on Booking.com. it is shame for Booking.com that the property is not verified and sold on portal. The Hotel is part of Sports Complex not specially built as Hotel, so don't get misguided.

GermanyThis property is divided into two hotels - country inn and turtle hotel. Both hotel managers seem to not work together. The hotel manager of UMRB told me at the check in there is a room for me available- as I previously booked. During the day she didn’t contacted me about which room I am supposed to stay. Turns out - there was no room left over so I had to switch into another hotel - hotel Ariana. During that conversation the hotel Manager of turtle hotel offered me for the same price a hotel room in the building (hotel rooms look the same). Turns out he lied about the price conditions, he wanted me to pay way more as he previously mentioned.
