IndiaThe Breakfast was average. Also, there is not much awareness around the property, which makes cabs struggle to get in.
The location of the hotel, which is oddly named 'Turtle' Resort, is just right. It is inside the Andheri Kurla Sports Complex. While this is intended for Sports related visitors, they are getting travelers as well. I happened to be one such person. It is als o close to the airport. I loved the access to the stadium and multiple options around. The staff is polite and ready to help. This is the home turf of Mumbai FC and multisport facility!

IndiaThey advertise on booking.com as Country inn and suites however there was no mention of this name at the property. It was mentioned as turtle resort. I brought to the attention of front office as well. It is not fair on the part of property or booking.com to encash the brand equity of country inn and suites like this. While the stay was nice and decent but not worth equating with this big name.

United KingdomIt was extremely difficult to find. We arrived at airport and ordered pre paid taxi. The driver had no idea where it was and hotel staff member had to come and find us eventually. We went there because it advertised swimming pool. The pool was not open to hotel guests. We asked at the gate and they said members only. Very disappointing.

IndiaSwimming Pool was not operational, Actual name is different then it is showing, staff kept calling for advance payment wherein I requested them to make payment by checking in as per my booking at booking.com wherein no prepayment was required and also I only use credit card but due to the immense pressure and calls again and again I had to request a friend to make their payment. Breakfast was not as per expectations.

IndiaReally unsatisfied with our stay; unprofessional and exhausting more than relaxing. More asking and arguing with staff than enjoying, The staff does not really understand the term hospitality; they act like they are understanding, but they do not care about your complaints as they are not solving any. The senior manager was even extremely rude to me when we encountered more problems/complaints. They do not take any responsibility for taking the blame. Instead, they blame it on you and they do not try to solve it themselves. They have a lot of misleading information on this platform and claim all sorts of things they have. The only thing they do is mislead and misinform you. The room was not fully ready once we arrived and we had to keep asking for basic things like towels or a blow dryer. In the night at 11.30 pm, they decided to install the fridge instead of making sure the room was ready. This interrupts our privacy and relaxation. They claim to have a spa and wellness center, it is only a massage and you have to pay for it (which is not mentioned online while booking) and it was only possible for men to get a massage that day. When we asked to do laundry they took care of it but never mentioned the costs beforehand (it was quite expensive). They were supposed to hand it in the night before check out as promised but when we came to ask for it, it was not ready yet, they asked if the day after was okay while we needed to check out before the arrival of the clothes. In addition, they expected us to pay extra for the fast delivery, even though we mentioned we needed it the night before and they agreed. We ended up waiting till 11 pm instead of being able to just go to bed. Our stay was not pleasant at all and not relaxing as we were more busy with arranging things and arguing with the staff than enjoying. The offered compensation during the stay was really poor and useless and they did not seek other solutions when we asked for this.
Room was of a good size, it's a 2 min walk from the metro station that can take you anywhere. Around there are some restaurants for food and drinks and there is also streetfood around.

Great location, bars and restaurants all walking distance as well as the train station. Nice clean room. The bigger suites are very nice, the smaller rooms however are a little basic. Good food menu that can be delivered to the room. Easy check in process although the late check out fees are very expensive!

IndiaEverything, they don’t even have a proper amenities in the rooms. It’s very basic amenities and no iron box when asked and breakfast is a fixed menu served to the room. For invoice they took more than 20 minutes. Very unprofessional.
