Loved the place. A little dated, as the shower head salt, but, otherwise excellent. Food was excellent, try thali which suffices family of 2+2. The place so expansive. The fun events decent, and value for money, and the karaoke night must visit.

Property is not maintained well. The washrooms not maintained, the tiles are broken, the quality of tissue paper is bad, the restaurant furniture needs repair and cleaning. Overall, I will give 1 rating for maintenance. The breakfast spread was limited.

The location is great. The property is widely spread that gives beautiful place to walk and also great view. The room was spacious.

Breakfast can be a little better.

Staff was awesome especially Kishan. Their manager Suraj take pride in providing excellent customer service. He went out of his away to make sure we had we needed for a comfortable stay with a 16 month old baby. They even cooked special meals for no extra charge for the baby. The gardens are great. All in all good.

The property is beautiful but rooms were not updated and unclean till our room was changed

The rooms that we got were very shabby and unclean. The linen was of poor quality and for the cost it was very expensive but after we complained our room was changed to a better one after two days.

there policy of refund of money on cancellation of booking is very bad. If someone have any chance of cancellation of your tour or some of your friends or due any circumstances, you have to beg for your refund even when the booking cancellation is free. staff posted at property is good but the management is not professional and up to the mark to work like a corporate chain of hotels and resorts. never book in country inn, if any chance of cancellation of programme.

Nature's paradise. Before detailing I want to acknowledge efforts of Mr. Mayank Verma (Manager) for arranging rooms as per our choice even during the rushy summer, as my mother had knee injury recently. We absolutely loved the whole arrangement and want to thank hotel management for making the stay memorable for our family. This place is close to nature and we simply loved their services. Staff is very friendly, polite and trained. Hotel offers lots of indoor activities to keep you engaged. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by everyone. Live music daily adds charm to the evening. Food is amazing. This was the fourth time we stayed in this property. Wonderful place for family vacation.

I had booked a two bedroom cottage but i was given one bedroom cottage and told sir this is what we allocate in two bedroom as it had 4 beds - later during the stay i realised what the staff had done but i did not made a scene just to not spoil my family's good mood Room allocated to me was 307 B which is a one bedroom cottage that accomodates 4 - where as i booked two bedroom cottage that had two baths i think this is cheating and not fair at all the staff was friendly and courteous (but honesty with your customers is more important)

Mr. Mayank Verma of hotel is a superb gentleman, very co-operative and helpful. Mr. Sanju was also very helpful The Food and Beverage / House keeping Manager was very kind.

BEWARE! What they show you and what they give you is totally different. We booked 2 cottages and they gave us a very small room, which didnt look at all, what was shown in the pictures. When we complained, they said it is also a cottage !!! We complained on booking.com but nothing was then when the money was paid.. The resort really requires some renovation as the bathroom fittings in our room were all rusted, there were stains all throughout the rooms, ac was not working, bathrooms were stinking etc. Really we paid so much for nothing and it was a total waste.

Everything was less than expectations.... The property is quite old....cleanliness is a challenge. The bathroom curtain is so short that entire bathroom keeps on getting wet after one bath. Suite doesn't have any fan for the sleeping area in drawing room. No seperate ac for that area either. Housekeeping staff has to be reminded to do their work properly.

Huge property. Full of trees,gardens, fruits ,plants, flowers. Staff is amazing. Well behaved and quick service. Rooms are huge. Huge bathrooms. Every cottage is placed to give privacy. Near to lake and market. 100% worth to stay. Will surely stay here when I come back to bhimtal.

The property is huge. With all possible amenities one can think about. Totally covered with green trees and all sort of plants, fruits & flowers. Staff is very curtious and well behaved and room service is very quick. Because of the big property it's very peaceful and not noisy even though it's very near to the lake. I would 100% stay in this property when I come back to bhimtal.
