Keep up the great work!

Great staff at hotel especially at reception and restaurant. The spa was clean and services were great. Treadmills at gym overlook a wonderful view of city. Our kids also enjoyed the playroom and swimming pool. We enjoyed the wide selection of menu items at the restaurant over several meals and the chef personally came to our table to ask for feedback after every meal!

A very minor thing but the music by the pool is very loud.

Hotel was super clean and smelt wonderful. Breakfast options are amazing and delicious. We also enjoyed lunch, dinner and cocktails at the bar. All amazing. All staff were very attentive, friendly and attention to detail was faultless. Rooms are a good size.

Everything is great

This hotel is really great. We were travelling with a baby and they upgraded us to a Suite. The service is 24 hours and they provided milk for the baby at odd hours and didn't charge for it. The hospitality is very good. Loved the stay.

Foods are very spicy on the 1st day of the night, we couldn't eaten because of so hot. Is not variety selection of desserts.

Bedrooms are very clean, when we need something, they come as soon as possible and sort out the problems. Out side swimming pool is up todate, play room quite impressive.

The Xmas dinner had alcoholic cake and it was not marked. My kids ate a few of alcoholic chocolates without my knowledge of content. This is serious breach and the staff was looking lost and uninformed. Very shocking for a Marriot brand. Never experienced such a thing before.

What I didn’t like was the food that was sent out of their kitchen. The burger was absolutely horrible, chicken quality was extremely poor, couldn’t have more than one small bite. Pasta was basic, just average. So the AC was hardly working the entire night, whole night woke up to sweats. Worst part of our trip being, while the room was in DND MODE and locked, a member of the staff entered the room up till the bed at 8:30am, while we were sleeping. Never coming back to this hotel.

Very noisy reception hall, loud music and all hard surfaces makes checking in and questions very difficult to hear the receptionist.

major problems - 1. the service during breakfast was slow and resulted in a delay in our departure. never had to wait 20-25 min for a pancake when the buffet has been open for an hour already 2. also the pasta carbonara was unnecessarily spicy for ird 3. location is hard to navigate to with extremely narrow streets. traffic is naturally a nightmare in and around the area during rush hour which is most of the morning and evening minor issues - 1. valet parking was not available, had to park my own car but was not even assisted in parking 2. they have digital clocks that become useless as soon as the electricity goes and resets the time to 00:00 3. yeah, be prepared to be plunged into darkness for a few seconds every hour or so
