They should get a Chef who is trained in making Asian food. All the dishes were good except Chinese food. The room should have a closed almirah rather than an open cabinet .

Problem with hot water. There's a button to turn "geyzer" but after waiting for more than 40 minutes there was hot water only for 10 seconds then it started rapidly getting colder. They had problems with electricity, 2-4 blackouts per day (each for less than a minute but still). Sometimes fire alarm alerted, once it was in the middle of the night but Idk if it was a fail of the hotel

Only one elevator in the building. Road facing rooms are noisy due to the busy road in front of the hotel. The shower area is not partitioned and because of that there's water all over the bathroom. And the biggest issue I found was the mosquitoes. The hotel must spray mosquito repellent before giving out the rooms.

Nice and clean rooms with big bathrooms. Both restaurants had good food and nice ambience. A cosy hotel for sure. And it's nearby the railway station.

The hospitality was great, the staff went above and beyond in making our stay so much comfortable. I would totally recommend this hotel to others only because of the staff behaviour and attitude. Their people are just the best. They are just so considerate and nice that even if you have a complain with any other thing, you'll probably forget about it as they will do anything to put you at ease. Keep it up!!!

A hair-dryer in the rooms could have been a good addition.

The Cozett Victoria Hotel has been a great place to stay in the heart of Bhubaneswar. Well connected to the airport, station, bus-stand. Close to Galleria Mall [one of the best in Bhubaneswar]. The rooms and the hotel are very neat and clean. But the best part that really stands out is the warmth of reception by each and every staff. And the breakfast buffet and dinner we had in their Gossip restaurant was just too good. We totally enjoyed the stay and the hospitality. Special mention for their manager - Nitish, restaurant manager - Santosh, and staf members - Swati, Vishnu, Laxmi, Pooja, Uttam. Their service was truly praiseworthy. I will definitely recommend this place.

Shower/bathroom. Shower water was going everywhere in the bathroom. Floor was little slippery Although it is modern and equipped with all the basics.

Reception staff was very good. They gave us good information about the vicinity. Hotel is located on the road and easy accessible. It is clean, modern hotel with a terrace.

Expensive food. Even for normal water bottle they charged Rs.50, a cup of coffee costed about Rs.140 I preferred to order food via Tomato and had very good dinner. One night dinner costed me around Rs600 while Zomato order for 2 boxes of food costed Rs.340. Chapati costs Rs.90. This is ridiculous keeping in might that its a budget property. Another noteworthy experience was the door lever was not completely going back to original position and the alarm keeps buzzing. Initially I did not understood and felt that I did not lock properly, and asked Maintainance person to check. They told they will fix it. But next day I realised that even others rooms had this issues and it was disturbing my sleep. In room dining staff simply said "out side prices are different for water bottle but we charge Rs.50 here" when I asked about water bottle cost being high.

Nothing to do in town. It is. A great hotel to rest on a long trip from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata.

The hotel was cleaned and well.maintained. The restaurant was.excellemt. They provided a 5-star service in a.3-star hotel. It is great place in a dusty town.
