The pool area is nice, but offers little to no shade during the day. Some awnings and parasols would be helpful and easy fix to resolve this. Also there were only 3 sun loungers available which is to little for the number of guests at the pool later in the day.

Very convenient location in Electronic City in the South of Bengaluru. Friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to Kavya from the concierge team). If you have business appointments in that area, definitely to be recommend to save travel time. Great choice of restaurants, especially the 46 ounces brewery restaurant on the premises (special thanks to Winnie for her excellent recommendations on the evening of 15 April).

Rooms are dated and one can see that in the furniture. Needs a renovation not too far in the future to maintain its standards.

Very noise during the day, they should not use the rooms at the 8th floor if on the top of the building there are construction work.

Good location, clean, good services. Very good if you travel for work and your company/visited company is located to the Electronic City. If you are a tourist and you are planning to visit Bangalore you need to know that the travel distance to any touristic location it is minimum 1 to 2 hours (per direction).

The bathroom --the toilet area has no water drain and the spilled water has no where to go. There is also leakage from the shower stall as the floor level does not permit water to quickly drain out. The bath room tiles could have been of non-skid type.

Good quality hotel with modern conveniences and very friendly, helpful personnel. I arrived at 4a.m. after a long intercontinental trip. The staff were very helpful in getting g me situated for my brief stay.

Few Bad Things.. 1. Common areas like Foyer and even in rooms.. Carpet reeks of Mould smell and its a bit rancid some times 2. Breakfast spread is not that great, and few dishes like the south indian Idly and Crepes are not great.. 3. Chinese Items on the breakfast are literally pointless 4. Some Staffs needs more training for the breakfast service 5. IN Room Dining can have more options and remove those common Dishes on the list 6. Repair work caused an inconvenience and had to move rooms..

Hotel is well placed in terms of access to shops and restaurants and other facilities A very professional and courteous staff who knows the value of Customer Service Rooms are spacious, Bathroom and Toilet are well cleaned and maintained well... Valet Parking and Room Service are great Apology Letter and treats from the Hotel Management for the Inconvenience was a great gesture!!

Friendly and nice staff, good facilities, beautiful room. Buffet was huge and delicious. Reasonable prices. Nice gym with an awesome instructor. He gave me a 45 minute training. I felt like I had a weeks worth of workout. Will return if I ever visit Bangalore again.

Doors donot have soft closing mechanisms, so doors close very loudly. Rooms look a bit outdated

nice spacious rooms. I slept on floor 8. Floor 8 and 9 are quiet floors. Very extensive breakfast. 24 hour check in which is very nice, so when you check in at 3 am , you get a 24 hr stay. Nice brew garden around the corner, walking distance.
