Hotel requires interior renovation. Though looking good from outside, yet interior was not as our per our expectation. Cleanliness of washrooms requires to be improved.

Ummm they should try to give breakfast/tea before 7am. As anybody would prefer to go for visit early in the morning to cover more points. Their usual time is 8 am for breakfast , and the room heater should be more powerful in peak winters.

The calmness, the politeness of the manager and the other staff, location of the hotel and the food itself was delicious. I was sceptical before and tried vaishno dhaba earlier but this hotel provides way better meals at a bit higher prices.

Breakfast was really good. We had Aloo Paratha with pickle and curd and omlette .Price was reasonable. Room service was really good.Special mention of one Mr Ashiq. Too good. Just five minutes walkable distance to Lal chowk Tower clock and the main Road. Lots of Restaurants nearby.The Hotel Manager Mr Shakeel was really nice and helpful. Totally enjoyed my stay there for three days. Will come again

The room heater is not all sufficient.. The washroom needs some more facilities.No toiletries.

The staffs were kind enough to help us, particularly Mr. Ashiq and Mr.Kasim. They provided hot water as when we requested.. my sincere Thanks to them..

We booked this hotel for 1 day but we extended to 3 days coz price was good and hotel is very near to locations ( walking distance ) like lal chowk dal lake and Khayyam chowk . They offer good aswell in good price over all completely satisfied with the service's

Washroom were very old and need immediate refurbishment. Mirror needs to be placed better.

Frequent power cuts. During power cuts, light was there due to generators but no fan. Without fan it was uncomfortable in August and sleep got disturbed.

Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, good hygienic and tasty food. I was unwell during my stay and staff helped me in getting medicines for me.

The room was good and everything was available like 24 /7 hot water and electricity . We liked the food especially veg. Room service is good with breakfast in bed .. Staff is courteous especially Bilal and Ashik were very helpful. Shakil at the front desk was pleasant to talk to.

The friendly staff are always ready to help you.The hotel maintains a beautiful garden in the premises which is really rare. The common sentence you will hear here from staff is "koi baat nahi" that means "they would manage things for you no matter what happens".

The room was too small for the amount charged, although good enough for 2 people.

This hotel is slightly away from the main city and Lal Chowk is about 2 km away. Walk around 1 km to start spotting Pure veg vaishnav dhabas, where you can have simple vegetarian meals for a cheap price. Nonveg food options are also available in the vicinity. The hotel also provides its own food. The staff is really polite and hospitable. The bathroom has a geyser. Beds are comfortable.

Though the food was good .. preparation time was longer which would lead to loss of appetite once the food arrives..
