rooms were super small and the staffs were poorly managed. No bell boy for your luggage and the lift was so tiny that two person could barely fit in with their luggage.

The reception manager is not trained, he doesn't look at you, doesn't welcome you, and seems very rude. The Booking dot com showed 2500 per deluxe room but they took 2800. They couldn't provide a good deluxe room as their ac was out of order.

The location is good. Staffs are well trained and good behaving. Restaurant is nice.

Rooms were small so is less spacious , little amenities within the room. Tea kettle was broken.. There was nothing to pay the price of a three star hotel.

my check in was the only time that was hustle free. I got a room right next to the lift. and when asked to change they couldn’t as there were no other rooms available. the other guests right opposite to mine were really loud and disturbed the entire night by running walking & talking loud in the corridor and playing loud music in room. the lift door is quite loud. the room service was pathetic and you have to ask for cutlery cups hot water kettle and even serving plates where not served. they have construction work going on so no matter any room they shift you to it will be real pain to sleep peacefully or do your work. the linens/ towels where not cleaned properly and the rooms are really cramped. not recommended for family with kids at all.

Mirror Glass was broken Waited 30mins to check in room as lock was not working. The intercom handpiece cord was coming out every use Later when they called for room change it was almost 1hour checked in and tired retired for the night

One hotel boy was particularly very helpful. He and the receptionist were the only positive things in the hotel

Had to change 4 rooms.Hotel was overbooked.I had kids with me.One is 4 year old other is 6 month old.Reception had no idea regarding double beds and single beds.Worst experience of my life.Housekeeping staff was very good and helping though and helped me change 4 rooms in 2 days.reception people had no idea what it is to travel with kids.They just try to push you to a room which you haven't booked.Trust me it was a terrifying experience especially when u travel with babies and reception totally uncooperative.Horrible Horrible

I booked the property for 3nights to stay with my 85 yo mother and her caretaker because it was close to my uncle’s residence. The rooms looked good enough in the pictures put on the site. Sad of the choice and Must mention about the poor maintenance. One room had the strong smell of cigarette smoke and there were wet marks of glasses on the bedside table as if someone had just checked out. The sheets looked old and worn out. No hand towel nor face towel were provided even on request. No ventilation and hence velvety stuffy. The complimentary breakfast was below average with hardly anything to choose from. Room service menu was exorbitantly priced considering the quality. The only good thing was that the staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping tried as best to serve within capacity. Must mention Banrisha and Zahidul.

AC not working No Hot water for taking shower No flush water at 4 am Hotel Mgr does not believe the customer complaint. He sent 7 staff people on 23rd Feb between 5 pm - 9 pm to confirm if hot watee is coming. Very pathetic customer service

Breakfast was all mostly fried stuff, puri, paratha, vada etc. Idli was very hard and hence not edible.
