Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaBreakfast was disappointing with very limited choices. NO 'eggs to order', not even a masala omelette. Also, there were a lot of parties going on during my stay so it was very noisy. Someone kept moving the furniture on the floor above or adjoining room which was annoying. The complaint was not resolved.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous.

IndiaI was there on business and had a stream of guests visiting me . They presumably have a meeting room on FF. Requested use of the same. A gentleman was called by the staff on Front Desk who said it is payable to use . Did not give any price etc and walked away. Had to use the empty restaurant from 9 am to 4 Pm with multiple rounds of tea and coffee etc . They could have charged a small token for a private room . They need to be trained how to deal with business traveler of a higer grade and not just company representatives..
Location: Excllent Housekeeping: Needs training Staff : Courteous but has no powers. F&B : Poor selection and exorbitantly priced. The Breakfast Menu should be better. They should be trained to cater to business guests. Air conditioning: Position of Air cons is such as it reduces cooling in the Bed Room part.

IndiaCons (minor) - The breakfast is paid. The bathroom geyser takes a long time to heat the water. The room keycard needed to be updated on a daily basis. So whenever you return back after a day's work, remember to go to the reception first and get the keycard renewed.
Location is good. It is located near the assembly house and near the city center. Places to eat food (cafe) available nearby if you wish to try other food than the hotel. The hotel food is also good.
