The WORST hotel in pahargunj area. First they take booking and acknowledge your booking then they hung up on you when you reach there and say "we have no rooms available".

Fantastic hotel located on the main road. Very easy to commute from the property as tuk tuk is very easily available. Really liked the property as the food served is authentic and flavourful. It is a property recommended for all corporates..

The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is a bit run down but I haven't found anything better in Delhi. The location is a near at juice shop. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is extremely dirty, and the bathroom resembles a public toilet. The staff members are also very rude. It is not a suitable place for staying with partners, family, or friends. I witnessed some unethical activities in this hotel, such as prostitution.

the location is near new Delhi railway satation its easy to travle hostel is in main market and easy to find the hostel if you going by self. but the hostel is pickup and drop facilities.

1st they told me to wait 4 check-in, after raised price by 50% & after I refused to pay told me there's no room available & kicked me out(

When we arrived we found out that the hotel was under renovation works. There was lot of dust and dirt everywhere because of that. The room that we got was dirty with some places that seemed no to be cleaned for a very, very long time. When I asked to have the floor cleaned, the only thing that was done, was that a man kind of mopped it with a dirty rug which only spead the dirt. They don't have a basic concept of cleaniness. Apart from that, we had several other problems during our one week stay...we experienced a power cut twice and had no electricity for some hours, neither wifi (the wifi didn't work we'll anyway). For 4 or 5 days there was no water in the tap! The water run only for some time in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon and we never knew when it's going to happen and we were not informed about that problem in general. That's the other thing- the communication with the staff was terrible. The hotel doesn't look like in the pictures at all, the terrace doesn't exist. Finally, after the checkout we realized that we forgot one of our belongings in the room. We contacted the hotel and described exactly were It was left and asked for help to get It back...but we were told that our object was not found and never received any help with that. The hotel may have potencial but there is so much to be improved.

There is drinking water available. The location is good if you need to stay near train station.

The manager of the hotel is very nice, and always answered all our questions. The hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable, cleaning had been done. The rooms are very very quiet, for the location it is exceptional. Every room has its own bathroom and toilet
