Rooms with balcony were spacious and clean. Food was good. We enjoyed the roof top swimming pool with sea view. Staff were polite and everything was perfect. A special thanks to Koustubh and his staff at the restaurant for hospitality and fulfilling all the request.

The location was excellent, very close to candolim beach and easy to get taxis to anywhere in north Goa. Was very close to the Main Street in candolim where there were plenty of places to eat and drink during the day and in the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and quiet - we had the pool to ourselves every time we used it. We had breakfast every day from the hotel, there was a nice variety of food each morning and the selection of food changed slightly each day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the wifi and air con both worked well

IndiaHotel must keep information about attractions in Goa, especially for people who are spending a week in your hotel and sometimes they doesn't know when and where to go to see places and save time and energy. At least staff needs to know about North and South Goa places. It doesn't mean staff is rude but hotel needs to work out on that thing.

IndiaBooking.com incorrectly displayed that the junior suite/double room has sea views. The hotel is not beach facing and does not have a sea view. While the hotel has tried to maximize the facilities, I would rate this only on par with a fantastic 3 star hotel. The size of the junior suite room was barely adequate and the extra bed (sofa converted) was poor. I could barely sleep with the cushion not covering the sofa steel frame.
The staff was the biggest plus! Very caring, cordial and responsive. The breakfast options were decent - Indian (included Idly everyday), Vada or Pakoda, Parathas, Puri/Masala or Chole Bature. Dosas and egg were available for live orders. The continental options included muesli (or oats), Sausages. Bread, butter, jam, choco and corn flakes were available too. These were also replenished quickly. The food prices were reasonable and the service was super fast! The location is great with the Candolim beach within walking distance. There are many shacks, restaurants available.

United KingdomI really wanted to like this hotel but the staff let it down. Better customer service at reception which always had at least 4 staff members but only one staff member able to assist at a time would have made the experience more enjoyable. There was always only just-enough toilet paper in the room and only 2 towels, so we kept having to get extra towels to use as hand and face towels. The roof top pool has a lot of potential but it does not live up to the photos as there’s only 2 loungers and no parasols or sun shades. A wasted opportunity. Breakfast was super busy in a small room so we only ate there once and decided to get breakfast out after the first day. The hotel has a lot of potential but it feels like it needs proper management who know what they’re doing and to lead by example with a high level of service to get things in order - the junior staff appear to not know what to do as they do not appear to be led well by the management. We ended up sourcing our own taxis and excursions because the hotel staff were not helpful. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned properly and needed vacuuming and the replacement room whilst it had been cleaned, it had sticky spray marks from what must have been a fizzy drink all over the wall which no one had bothered to wipe off. It was not a cheap hotel so for the price we paid we were disappointed with the cleanliness, service from the staff and breakfast arrangements. We would stay somewhere else if we ever returned to the area.
The room was comfortable and modern with good air conditioning.
