Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaMy room had no services which was listed in the facilities section! Like no desk, no security box, no wifi, broken a/c ,rooms were dirty. To my surprise even the flushing system was not functioning! When i asked for change they said they didn’t have rooms available! Since i don’t even in India so i didn’t know about the refunds, so i didn’t ask.
Nothing! didn’t like it at all! I didn’t even stay in the hotel! It was so bad. I left my luggage and went to my friend’s place! The room and services were horrible ! Don’t go for the pictures and the stated amenities while booking, it’s a scam! I had to switch my rooms twice and at the end they gave a hotel which was just 1000 rupees worth! And I paid 2000 rupees for one night. They play you! Don’t go for it!

RussiaI chose this hotel over other airport hotels because of its good rating. but unfortunately it was very very dirty. there was a lot of black hair on the bed and there were a lot of stains. I could only sleep dressed. the shower is just a watering can with water flowing onto the floor, not a separate area. there were no towels or toilet paper. Breakfast very spicy

IndiaSome rooms don't match description and are far older, than you expect. The rooms are clean but the toilet sit - though clean - was of very unpleasant aged yellow color. The windows open in some kind of technical spaces between buildings. Fan's speed button didn't work, so it was either too hot or too cold. We took this hotel as more expensive accommodation to finally enjoy our stay - but I'm not really happy with what we got. Traveling even in more expensive Europe, for the same price range we got far better accommodations.

United StatesThe elevator only goes to the top floor - and you have to go to all other floors on stairs!!!
Hotel is new. The rooms are large. Bathrooms are have no separate shower area, so all the floor is wet. Towels and bed linen was not spotless - though laundered I hope.
