Though we booked the room because it was clearly shown in your site as a ground floor room, we got a room on the first floor. This was a problem because one of us had a challenge to climb upstairs.

The best part for us was to play with the dogs and spend time with the cows.

Check in area extremely crowded. Quite congested to handle crowds for such a big property. Poor hygiene and cleanliness of rooms. Carpets filled with dust and dirt and around the floor in general as well. Fowl odor in bathroom. Unclear information on rooms having shared balconies with absolutely zero view whilst doing bookings. Room furniture very dated and worn out. Room amenities all under maintained! ( had to approach hotel staff time and again to fix issues like - nonfunctional safe , TV , malfunction of bathroom blinds - unable to solve ) . Extremely dated bathtub / jacuzzi in the bathroom. Unclear regarding having to pay high extra amounts to be seated outdoors by the pool side to be part of some show on every evenings of our stay! Common hotel property unavailable due this reason and not mentioned anywhere while booking. Breakfast area extremely crowded and hotel staff is unable to manage holiday seasons crowds. Very difficult to find a decent table. Staff on Live counters in the outdoor seating extremely lost and unable to manage any orders. Serving orders to people out of queue and no discipline maintained . Had to stand in person despite placing orders twice for a simple item. On an all - had to waste a lot of time in check in and getting rooms cleaned and changed and calling staff for every small thing to be fixed in the room. Restaurant’s food is okay but way overpriced for everything - we tried all their resto’s - not justified on the prices!

Courteous hotel staff ( bell boys , room cleaning , etc ) Scenic location and facilities. Lot of activities to do and is a good getaway place.

Facilities are not comfortable. Bed too much springy not supporting posture. Cleanliness is not in the level of 5 star. Not a good value for money paid. No free sports or games are added after paying 15k per night

Only concern is property is too far so you won't get uber or ola services and you left with no choice from opting service from resort. It's quite expensive like almost double they charge as compare to what uber will charge you. Resort should provide cab services at reasonable rate.

We visited this property on the occasion of my husband's birthday! He just loved it. Overall experience was worth it, staff is very co-operative and friendly. it's a good property worth the experience.

The internal coordination between In Room Dining and Housekeeping staff was not good. Adventure Park, we were denied horse riding saying that we were above 90 kgs of weight. This was, however, not told to us while buying the day pass.

The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The washrooms were nicely lit with clean floors and walls.

Room housekeeping service, plug points in room were not good. Wifi was extremely poor, Reception /check in & checkout process was not good with no followup after reporting. No guidance on external transportation queries. Food & beverages tariff should be reviewed.

The music played at all the restaurants was inappropriate, Horrendously loud. We all had to shout at the waiter to be heard, shout at each other to converse. In fact even the choice of music was jarring and irritating!!!!!

Our holiday started off with a very long check in process, took almost an hour. Our booking was for a garden villa room, however allocated room was under ground with Zero view. Requested to change and they gave an upgrade to Luxury cottage, special thanks to front office staff Niraj Kadam and Sonakshi. Used hotel taxi services for airport transfers as well as local sight seeing, felt over priced for the kind of service offered, quality of taxis and drivers could be improved for that price. Pickup from Mumbai airport was 1.5 hours late as well as local sight seeing taxi came 1 hour late. Food in restaurants are heavily priced. hotel could offer some free play room for small kids, anything under adventure park is payable.

We stayed 3 nights as family with an intention to enjoy monsoon. Breakfast was amazing. Staff courtesy and supportiveness is probably the best we ever seen globally, very prompt and 24x7 at service. They have round the clock pool, cafe and spa which is a bonus. Travel desk guys were amazing with all the time support for in property commuting, food delivery pickup etc.

Room stay is overpriced for the facility offered, rooms need serious renovation .Staff service was awesome especially ground staff , drivers, housekeeping , security though reception needs improvement both in staff service & attentiveness. All restaurants food & service was remarkable especially cafe24. Rides & packages overpriced .

The Room which was given to us had leakage and water dripping drop by drop below the Air conditioner vent. Plus the water from the bath tub was coming out in the room coz there was some drainage issue.

There was no vehicle free zone.. there was chaos with all. Cycles and cars and animals and children running around in the same area. The layout 9f the property and activities can be better managed for a stress free experience
