Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe hotel called and threatened to cancel the booking 2 days before the Booking.com day if we did not pay any advance. We refused and explained to them that this was not inline with Booking.com terms and conditions. They didn't seem to bother. Finally after much of persuasion they agreed to retain the booking. Housekeeping was not adequate. They did tidy the room well. However, missed on minor items like missing to replace the floor mats. As in any tourist serving hotel they did not subscribe for the TV Channels until we insisted on. Location is a bit away from the Ghats. However, this was by our choice also.
The hotel serves a mixed cuisine of Veg and Non-Veg dishes. Since we were pure vegetarians we preferred not to eat in the hotel. We ate Kerala Cafe and Bikanerwala which is very nearby.

IndiaIt was a bad experience for my parents.They were denied breakfast initially despite booking breakfast in the package due to the mismanagement and confusion from the staff who did the bookings. This caused a lot of inconvenience for my parents . Later on they apologized but damage was already done .I am not visiting this hotel again.

United StatesLocation is excellent. Closer to the ghats, can take a walk of about 1-2 km to go to ghats or the autos and rickshaws are always accessible to take to any point of interest. Room pricing is fair. For the quality of the food, pricing was on the higher side.

Indiabathroom where I stayed had a foul smell coming from the wash basin while water drained and this came every time the wash basin was used.
the property had parking which was one of its biggest assets. all places were close by. staff was very polite.
