This venue may be best enjoyed by a bigger group. Otherwise you feel clustered and end up being more in the room than outside. For my visit, we had relatively large extended families and groups which made it a more boisterous setup than envisaged. I think the sitting options can do with more spread out availability in smaller clusters. The rooms can do with some additional small tables for keeping charging devices and items. Having a fallback electric geyser would also help - particularly with the colder climes. Same for a small electric kettle. The WiFi can be improved on. For a large compound, the single router and repeater were quite inadequate. Particularly becomes important when telecom network connectivity is weak and TVs are absent. In essence, it becomes an enforced getaway from the connected world.

It is better connected from the north - shorter distance to reach from Growers Coffee. The road from south is longer and a small stretch is difficult to navigate. A set of 4 rooms laid out around a big sitting area. Another set of 4 above. A dining area. A pool at the back, with a children's pool as well. The setting is quite tranquil. A bubbling stream nearby, birds all around - with nests and bird songs. They have a 20 acre coffee plantation to walk around (which we missed visiting) The staff is caring and puts together a good set of meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner as per your booking. Sumptuous, good variety and taste. They have a big commercial RO purifier in the dining area. This is a relatively new property - started around Jan 2024. The group has been adding features in stages.

Room 102 flush was not working, although the staffs repaired it but still it needs to be thoroughly checked as it again stopped...also please don't make too much chilly and spicy food.... otherwise the qty of food given was more than sufficient.....

It was a wonderful 2 days stay at this property. Staffs are friendly and polite. Food tasted good. Liked the calm and serene atmosphere surrounded by dense greenery. Room is spacious with a forest view big balcony.

1. Swimming pool water was dirty and unclean. 2. Though we had booked for a room with one double and 1 single bed option, they gave us just a king size double bed. 3. Bathrooms were dirty and water quality was filthy. 4. Food was very average or below average. 5. Unprofessional stuff they need to be trained.

Very Friendly Staff and Food is Top Notch, the resort is maintained so well. The mountain view rooms are must, every room has a separate balcony and staff are available at all time. As always Travent Mug Service was the thing we need to look for, they have the best properties. Kudos to the whole team. My kid was hungry at 2am, and started to cry. We informed the staff on this, within 5 mins they served food without any hesitation and they were so welcoming. We shall visit again soon.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Team made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us with all indoor and outdoor games and we had a great time

Cleanliness of the surrounding the pool. Accessibility. It was difficult to reach the the place in the absence of signboard. Inspite of booking.com confirming the booking without payment, Mr Sachin from Travent Mug sales office disregarded & insisted 40% advance. He was very rude and insisted that I cancel the booking. Such people should not be in the hospitality industry.

Food was excellent. Staff especially Mr. Roshan Nair and Mr. Rajesh the chef were excellent.

The bathroom plumbing was strange and taking a shower was a bit challenging. The room was fairly clean but there were cockroaches. They failed to provide separate blankets for 4 people. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. While badminton rackets were there, there was no proper space to play. Similarly, there was a set-up for ziplining but it was not operational when we were there. They also failed to give a kettle in the room. There was no wifi signal on the first floor only on the ground floor.

The room was fairly big and also the common areas. The food was decent. The swimming pool was not clean on the first day. The second day it was fairly clean. The property is fairly big and there is a plantation to walk through. It was quiet.
