The place is on the way to coorg, so get to the main town from this place will take you another 1 hour (approx) ride up the hill. This place is located amidst the coffee plantation, if you manage to visit this place during rainy season I think it will be a blissful site to stay. This is one wonderful place to plan your staycation, the caretaker - Mr.GANESH and their dog Shadow were our favorite. In the night if you pay extra Rs.500 (it may vary) Mr.Ganesh will set up the fire place and they have dinner option with best home cooked food. It will be perfect to spend the night around the fire with your friends and some songs, listening to Mr. Ganesh's stories.

Nice and decent stay I would recommend this for people. The question is what is the purpose of travel even if it family the agenda is if they want relax space and not too many occupants this is good so it depends on the purpose of individual. Ganesh who manages all the administrative of the property and then I got a good cab recommendation Rafiq who was part of our entire trip the cab was recommended by sander property owner

The place is superb, close to dubare, nisarghdham park& plantation walks. The family is too good & take care of guest very well. Ganesh is simply caring & takes care of all hygiene. Food specially rasam/rice is tastier. 10 for food, 10 for Ganesh, 10 for location & ambiance, Kids gonna like it.

There is no AC in the villa which was not a problem for us since we were there during November. But during summers it may get a bit warm during nights. Since this is a homestay your choice of breakfast is limited, but being home cooked food we enjoyed it.

The location of the property is wonderful, quiet yet convenient. The villas are clean Beautiful location Feels like you are in your own estate. Cherry on the cake is Caretaker Ganesh who is always at call and very obliging. He is an asset for the property.

Location- The property is located on the highway and is well connected to Madikeri and all the tourist spots. Hospitality The care taker Ganesh sir is one of the nicest human beings I have ever come across. He caters to all your needs with a big smile on his face. He even helped us to plan our 2 days of sightseeing! P.S- He makes amazing tea and coffee!! Ambience The cottages are surrounded by tall tress which makes the place so serene, peaceful and calm. Also, you will get to see coffee plants!! Food Simple yet delicious!!! They prepare lunch and dinner as well if you tell them beforehand. I bet you won’t feel like eating anywhere else after you eat the scrumptious food here!!!! In a nutshell, everything was on point here!!!!

Our home stay was wonderful. It had a good ambiance and it was lovely to go on early morning walks. The food was fabulous and tasteful. Ganesh was very helpful and kind ,you can ask him for anything and he will oblige. The coffee there was to die for. They had a very sweet and playful dog called shadow. Though it could have more hammocks.

Electricity backup :D They do have a generator backup, but it's not the greatest. It was fine for us, but you may want to skip this stay for a "work-from-home" trip.

This one is a hidden gem. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The greens make your morning. And very well located if you do not want to live inside a main city, but still close enough to drive anywhere. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast very nice.

Ganesh was an incredible host first off, the property is located centrally and the property is calm and has a lot of activities! You could take a morning walk in the garden or sit listening to the sound of birds! The breakfast we had over there was the finest we had during our stay in Coorg, especially the coffee! Looking forward to visit again:)

Only few cottages

Feel like mid of forest with real sound of insects and taller trees. Complimentary breakfast was good. What a hospitality by care taker Ganesha. Excellent. Totally different feeling for people who are from cities.
