Discotheque like it much , the view is good but approach road to place is not good. Location is not good. There is no facilities yo call it resort stay so nothing for kids .can't really come of resort area is not good .

Zomato is not available because of the location where it's situated. Menu provided the rates were high. Our washroom got locked and there was no washroom key was provided at the time of check-in we had to struggle for 3 hours There was no staff available one said it was his last day and manager who met is in the morning said it's his first day.

we reached early around 1:20 Pm but they didn’t allowed to early Checkin even after informing will be coming at 1 Pm and after reaching at property there was No option to stand and caretaker guided to stand in parking area in afternoon time.

1.Bathrooms need maintanence for new commod, taps and showers. 2.There was no exaust fan in bathroom 3. There was no facilities like pool and breakfast 4. No toiletries provided and no tissue roll was there in one of the room.

cant use swimming pool, so many restrictions, stray dogs keeps on barking whole night, the care taker is not reachable on time, lot of waiting time for food and any order

The apartments are in the same property as a resort and there are restrictions to walk around even for stroll. We were told we could use the pool for a price but eventually we weren't allowed to.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Caretaker was helpful with every thing. The rooms have a great view. Altogether a great place to visit with a group of friends.

EKO STAY doesn't hv manners Staff are rude They are into hospitality business but they lack their manners. Stay was cozy n comfy but communicating wth their staff was headache.

Place is good Its U-Tan Resorts I hv been before Never knew it was given to EKO Stays to manage.

I didn't liked the hospitality, the caretaker was not so polite, we waited for more than 2 hours as we have reached there by 11:30, we have asked them for early check in but due to xyz reasons they denied, which is acceptable but I believe they could have given us early check in coz we were at the location. But the they allowed us to stay after 2 pm only. Not even 1:30. And I'm not Happy with that , and when we asked the caretaker about wifi he changed the tone like he became little rude.

I like the view , I like the interior, I liked the property.

it says sea view but the sea is way too far & the place stinks because of dry fishes, there is no pool, there are no other amenities or any other activities to do nearby & too many restrictions, it's better to carry own food as there is nothing available nearby, overall worst experience and not at all worth of the money

I was denied getting accommodation despite having booking confirmation from booking. Com as their was a promotion on Booking. Com to book the room and pay at checkin which I selected so I thought it was a good deal, two days before got msg from Whatapp to pay the full amount in which I denied saying the deal which was on Booking offered pay at the hotel, then they said booking.com booking is not confirmed the hotel should confirm you wether it is confirmed or not according to the caller from the hotel so I told her to send this all the details through the hotel email ID which was not sent ultimate I suspected more of a scam. The day of the arrival I called booking. Com Marvin A helped me saying that she confirmed with the hotel that we will get the room, as she spoke to the representative once we reached the place we found out the hotel (EKO RESORT TROPICAL) does not exisit, after searching for an hour we found out to enter this hotel you need to enter another hotel called Lighthouse resort, apparently I happened to asked the reception Person of the Lighthouse resort he straight forward denied he doesn't know where the Eko resort tropical is located , with through some local we came to know it was inside Lighthouse resort without any Board sign or the way to reach this place is completely in the dark to fool the Guest bcoz if you pay upfront we will share you the location or you keep searching the Hotel, then there is no Reception desk too. Unfortunately we did not get to stay, booking.com to be aware of such Hotel which do not have any sign or indication were the hotel is just might fool people around, incase money is more important to the company than don't put such deal without card or pay at reception only with cash as the hotel doesn't expect card. We booked a Superior Deluxe Studio room consisting of 2 queen beds... However on arrival they gave us a very unhygienic room, not having 2 queen beds for a group of 4 people.. totally disappointed. Also when we ordered tea, which they were charging rs.105 a cup, they gave it to us in a polythene bag, even worse than a local thela wala. It was leaking, didn't provide bisleri water, services were bad.
