this is situate in the market place and there is no way know it is FabHotel Peninsula Suites there is no such borad or sinage. one place it is written Peninsula Suits but the hotel is actuall called Elegant hotel, there are shops on the ground floor and the reception is just one such shop!. the rooms are barely 8' X 8' so the word "suites" in the name is surprising - I was disappointed by the room size. when I arrived at 6 pm, I was told there is no towel! - because their "dhobi" has not got them back!!. the breakfast was in a very tiny "cafeteria" and was disappointing

No amenities at all. No drinking water. Cold breakfast and tea was served. They didn’t bother to call us before sending breakfast directly to our room. No sound proofing at all. It’s located in a very busy place. So it was very noisy even till 3am .

- The reception staff during our check-in was rude & full of ego. - The maintenance staff did not response to water leakage complain & washbasin blockade. - Utensils in which breakfast was served were untidy. - There were small cocktoaches coming from nowhere from time to time. - Lift was available from 1st floor only and not from ground floor. It is not recommended for elderly people or people with disability. - No parking space for 4 wheel vehicles. - They don't accept card payment here - very small window - rates are Expensive for a hotel like this

Location is one of the worst. Too much crowd. Hard to reach the hotel. No parking. Not advisable for a family having old age members. As the list is on 1st floor. You have to walk to stairs to reach lift. Staff are very polite and well mannered. The staff on the reciption is very nice by nature. There was no drinking water on room, no soap and toiletries. You can listen too much outside sound in rooms even neighbour room sounds.
