How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Serving of Tea & coffee & food in polythene is not recommended.Proper food boxes & thermus flasks need to be procured & used.
All is okay but serving tea & food in Polythene bags is something too bad.Steel Tiffen boxes & Thermus Flasks need to be procured for getting food from outside.

There was no other piece of furniture in the room. No table or chair. We had to have the room delivered food on the bed itself. The water from the AC unit was let to flow into the washroom entrance itself. So there was no way to leave the toilet without wetting our legs
The room was big by usual standards. The bed was comfortable and toilet clean. The staff was also helpful. The place is good for a short stay. We stayed only for a few hours before our flight back home.

The room didn't have kettle and coffee/tea supplies. Location was said to be near airport but it was nearly 15 minutes drive away.
The hotel responded promptly to our requests and were considerate.

The bathroom fixtures were old and rusty, and there was a noticeable odour. Additionally, I could hear other residents in the building from 5 am onwards, which was preventing me from sleeping.
The bedroom was reasonably spacious and comfortable. They provided the complimentary airport drop-off as promised.

It could have been better if there was lift to top level .
Location and the price was reasonable taxi Staff was realy helpful and rooms are comfortable Market and other facilities are quiet close overall it was good experience to stay at this place for few days.

Location was pretty poor. The approach to the property was very village like. Nearby amenities were dire. Road leading to the property was a dirt track.Hotel is about 25-35min from the Airport.There was no soap in the bathroom, good job I carry some with me!

I booked this hotel by seeing the airport pick-up facility since my flight landed late night around 03:00 A.M. They picked me up at 03:00 A.M. from the airport as promised and the staff welcomed me with a smile. The receptionist is gentle and kind person and they took care of my family very well. They were very conscious about our every need. I recommend this hotel to every person who are visiting and staying on Banglore with family and kids since they have 2BHK rooms option too. So me and my parents both stayed in the same floor. It was such a nice stay and will visit again.

Every thing was amazing. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic stay during my Bangalore visit. As a solo female traveler arriving hotel at late night, I was delighted by professional service and safety provided by the hotel. The complimentary Airport pickup was seamless, thanks to the professional driver. I stayed in a room with balcony and i must say the view was amazing. I highly recommend this property for a convenient and enjoyable stay near airport.

Sadly it is at least 10kms from the airport and situated in a poor area of Bangalore close to a busy dual carriage way. There were no places to eat apart from those catering for the local population with street food.
Staff tried very hard to assist us and were very helpful. The taxi to the airport was punctual for us at 4am but route to airport is over rough unmade roads.

Very bad experience with this hotel. No good facilities
Food was excellent because of Air Avenue hotel was near. But Elite hotel all facility was very bad. No good facilities based on the money. A/C was leaking. Room was not properly cleaned when we check in. Air port drop was good.
