How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Totally waste of money. Please don't prefer this hotel to stay..one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life..no cleanliness, not even provided towels and dustbin..bad wifi..dirty bedsheet.. please prefer some other hotels available nearby.,

let me start with the pictures that are displayed here! they are nothing to real! the cover picture of the hotel itself is wrong! the cover picture is actually of Embassy suites and not the fabhotels new prince palace. what you see to the right corner.. that is the hotel! i made an advance payment to ensure my room is confirmed and in fact called the property multiple times to confirm I’ll arrive at 2AM the next day and that I want the room to be ready and kept available at that hour. I reached sharp at 2:05AM and when I reached, I was told that room was given away and they’ll give a different room. I then was told that the cleaning is in progress and eventually was given my room at 2:45AM. i asked for water and was told I’ll get after 30min as the kitchen was closed. I was pissed and then told them I need it immediately as they were supposed to keep it ready. I was then after 15min given water with a small medimex soap. I slept with a room filled with mosquitoes as they kept the room open while cleaning. when I woke up, I went to the washroom only to realise the toilet seat was broken. I looked for intercom and there was none. I walked to the reception to tell them that. They sent someone with me to check. that guy checked and said “adjust karo. isse kya problem hoga apko?” I was shocked with the audacity! there was no trace of empathy or apology! the rude way! I then asked for breakfast and also was asked if I needed tea/coffee along. I said just breakfast was good enough. I waited for 2hrs and went back asking for breakfast and was asked “did u order for it?”. pathetic experience! the wifi doesn’t work! i connected to hotspot and network isn’t good either! i had to drop off an office call in between! i then went and said I want to vacate although I had booked for another day. I asked for refund for the extra day I booked for. he said “you’ll not get refund. didn’t u check when going into the room that there are problems in the room?” i was shocked!

I booked this hotel by looking at photos and rating.. i was totally wrong.. the rooms were not upto mark all old bedsheets n towels with 2 small medimix soaps. Seen small rat n lot of mosquitoes Food not so good... Reception ppl responded well but Water suddenly stopped in the morning no Water for wash rooms n I to hurry for the embassy work. Didnt bath with bucketcold water... pls pay 5k or more to another hotel n stay but not this hotel.. Rating may be high due to friends submitting its rating
