It's my second time staying here, The first stay was so good. But this time It was not as good as it was before. The floor was not clean perfectly (room 406). Someone played Lound music on the floor till 4 am. Key and ac were not working at the beginning. I called reception 3 times for these reasons. The hotel staff was good. He responded to everything quickly. I gave a solid 10 last time. Now i'm giving 8 for these reasons

Just for improvement : If you can keep water Can in each floor that would be awesome - Not a complaint but feedback cos yr staffs not Manager told me water is free when book fr booking.com and not free when book offline i dont know what is this chemistry i only know H2O we need water Restaurant - Restaurant was a bit lethargic means sometime u order any thing u get on time but sometimes u have to remind them 10 times - Restaurant staffs need training how to handle customer and meet the expectation , But Food is good in the restaurant Mandi and affordable price no Breakfast restaurant open only after 12PM when i called and asked for order Reception Staff : Need coaching how to received customer on first day and customer handling skills , he was cool they keep asking me stupid questions when i already show them the booking screenshot, but there was only One Manager he was cool and very polite and he know how to talk. Cleaning Guys : Thank you for cleaning my rooms whenever i needed you Guys Rock- Both

The rooms are awesome, clean and neat cute Rooms well maintained cozy , lighting was cool , AC provided , i dint want to leave the place feel like home and stayed for more than 10 days i guessed the hotel is cool. I think the Owner knows the value of Business and he is bang- on Rock-on on that , with that cost to meet such a high standard quality of Rooms is something very rare to find , that's why he understood and it make me stay continue to stay for longer days . Good Job Owner or management and Thank you , please continue the same understand customer what is needed the most. Definitely this will be my first hotel to stay when i visit Hyderabad , I stayed in Westside for 10 Days i can Say Fab Broholic in Hafeezpet is Fabolous place to stay

Room is much spacious and compact, bed was comfortable and lighting was excellent, behaviour of the staffs was very good and informative and all were helping nature and tried to listen our query patiently and helped a lot.

Location is good, but the breakfast should be buffet one with many choices, vegetarian and nonvegetarian option should also be available while choosing buffet

I didn't like the location as it was not showing exactly as when I check in it took me 30 mins to find the hotel

Don’t recommend!!! We checked in and 10 minutes later we checked out! The room was very dirty, the floor was not cleaned, tables, drawers everything was dirty and full of disgusting brown stains. Check photos! We lifted the blanket and the sheets were dirty and full of brown stains, they were never cleaned. The toilet had stains of pee and you can see in the photo attached how dirty is everything. I have no words about the door that goes to the toilet… We arrived at 2:00 in the morning and the room next to us was full of boys having a party with loud music like in club, the staff tried 2 times to talk with them until they lowered the volume. We asked for the staff to change the sheets and clean the room, the water to clean the floor was already black when they came, after they finished we checked the sheets again and they were full of stains and dirty. We took our things and checked out in the middle of the night.

Since it was summer it was very hot and there was no power backup when electricity was not there, quite disappointed.

Location is convenient for traveling and Staff are more flexible in helping, food is awesome

Broken Toilet Seat, Broken Geyser, Leaking water faucet where the push button did not work, Deep Cracks in all the walls of the room, No drinking water provided (FAB Hotel provides 1L bottled drinking water per day per person), Staff is rude and clueless. Someone on phone told me early check in is ₹200 but at time of check in the staff personnel asked for ₹500. And finally I did not get the early check in at all.

The AC in the room worked.

Being a solo traveler as a girl I was only female. N on the hotel reception n door there wer mens pgs. And a bit crowdy which made me uncomfortable. But also the reception staff gave me a safe room so it was F9.

The ratings I only gave fir the reception staff. Dey wer nice n helpful. But the property was poor. My room had tv but not working, ac not working, water issues. Stains n unclean bedsheet , I paid for fabhotels broholic Dey sent me to sm other broholic wer it was located before. Lodge name broholic
