The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Very comfortable rooms, cosy stay... FOR COCKROACHES. More cockroaches than people on the property.  Leaky faucets, out of order TV sets, kind but clueless staff.

The hotel seems to be troubled with horrid lack of maintenance. There were bedbugs on the pillow and cockroaches roaming on the floor. They shifted me to another room that had mosquitoes and the bathroom flush did not have any water. I have never seen a more poorly maintained hotel.

Worst, people in nearby rooms were smoking drinking and shouting all night. This is OYO hotel just name changed to Sasti, lots of unmarried couples roaming inside hotel.. definitely not safe for Familiy.. think twice before booking, u ll get mosquitoes, rattling fan noises dirty smell in lift , unclean bathrooms.. lots of fake reviews says this property is 8.5 rating but take ur girlfriend if u want but not ur family

They said reach out to booking.com cz they cant do anything about it. Have been on calls multiple times with booking.com to no avail. They said they would check with the property and get back and nothing has come out of it! and to think this place had a rating of 8+ .Very disappointed with Bookings customer service too. And cant trust these ratings here anymore

the place was to be closed for renovation and was in a very bad state. The staff said they couldnt do anything. all the rooms were a mess.

Bad Smell. Bed and Pillows are not clean.

booked Fab hotel Sasti Inn. But I got the stay in Oyo SilverKey Rooms. The room condition, doors, and bed cloths were stinking and smelled awful. As soon as I entered the room, I stayed hardly 30-45 mins and immediately vacated the room. The Image shown in the Agoda listing and the real one is not matching. It seems the hotel is using it for Pimp transactions. I have wasted my hard-earned money to book this kind of cheap hotel. I strongly recommend that other travelers not stay in this property.

Cleanliness, water pressure was too low..AC did not cool effectively, took more than 2 hours to cool the ro enough.. Cleaning done only in alternate days .booking.com fare are much higher than direct booking..this is actually a Oyo townhouse property
