Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No safety protocols followed. Nobody was masked. Rooms are extremely tiny. No soundproofing. The rooms are very close to each other. Every time tge other room door was knocked or the bell rang, it felt like someone knocked our room.

AustriaDuring my stay they started some work in the building at 10pm which caused a lot of noise. They stopped 30 minutes later, only to start again at 03:45 for about 50 minutes. Apparently there was a group in the hotel that had to leave very early. Some of them forgot to get up, so a lady stood in the corridor and called to wake them up, after that she went to each door and knocked loudly a few times.
Located 5 min from airport! Friendly and helpful staff.
